It was a magical experience. Butterflies, birds, and various plants and animals coexisted in such a beautiful and harmonious way. The space was perfect for getting work done, and there was a lovely café with a great view just across the street — ideal for enjoying some peaceful time. The thoughtful and kind hosts went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay, always keeping the place spotlessly clean. Privacy was also excellent, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere. A truly special place where nature, kindness, and care come together.

This is a quiet little piece of heaven in a corner of Chiang Mai tucked away on a hill. The location was stunning and if you are seeking serenity, this is exactly what you’d like. From fireflies that twinkle at night to the beautiful frangipani that was in bloom, and the layers of surrounding mountains, I loved every single bit of it. The cabin is tastefully designed, and comfortable. And what makes it all even more lovely are Apple and her partner Toshi… quietly making sure you are comfortable and every need is taken care of while being as unobtrusive as possible. I was amazed at their generosity and kindness in every single thing from the tiny details of the cookies in the kitchen to the delicious breakfast they served everyday. They did their best to accommodate every request I had and made me feel comfortable and at home as if with family, helped arrange transport and even checked in to ensure I was ok once I left. I feel blessed to have met them and stayed here.

I had such a wonderful and peaceful stay here. P’mong, P’Ging, and the host’s lovely mom made me feel like family and even cooked delicious homemade meals for me, truly some of the best food I had in Thailand. The host was always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, which made me feel so cared for. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature: far from the city, but still close to the airport, with transportation available if needed. You’ll hear and see insects everywhere, but that’s part of the charm and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an experience to get out of the city and enjoy nature.

I had an absolutely blissful stay with the host Nepat couldn’t have been more helpful. Recommendations were provided for everything needed and the service provided in cleaning, cooking and doing my washing couldn’t have been better. What a beautiful little house!!The room is very clean. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, I only stayed one night. Next time I come to Chiang Mai, I will choose to stay here all the time.

The little wooden house is wonderful. The Ratana family is very hospitable. We spent three dreamy days in Chiang Mai. There were also two cute little dogs. We picked the mangoes from the tree right outside the door and enjoyed the huge and beautiful courtyard. We will definitely come back and stay for a longer time!

Room: Beautiful treehouse! Loved every bit of it. Note - you are in a jungle & a treehouse. Insects & ants are quite normal. They don't bite. Place: Pristine deep nature all around. Stream walking was the highlight. Food: Don't expect wide variety. Food is delicious. Try their coffee & tea. If you get a chance & stock exists, do try the Kopi Luwak Coffee - it is top notch! Host: The most beautiful aspect of this stay - the host. They are very kind, humble; helped us with all our requests. Got to connect with them a lot. Verdict: If I come back to chiang mai again, definitely coming back to stay here. If you find this treehouse available on your dates, and are looking for a stay with the nature, just book - don't think anymore.

Staying at Lux Villa in Chiang Mai was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Tucked away in a quiet area just a short drive from the city center, it felt like our own private oasis — peaceful, beautiful, and so relaxing. The villa itself was stunning, both luxurious and homey. The bedrooms were super comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. We especially loved spending time by the private pool — morning dips, lazy afternoons in the sun, and evenings under the stars. It was exactly what we needed to unwind. One of the best parts was how easy everything felt. We had plenty of space to spread out, cook meals, or just hang out in the open living area. Even though we weren’t right in the middle of town, getting to Chiang Mai’s temples, cafes, and markets was quick and easy. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay that still keeps you close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer, I can’t recommend Lux Villa enough. We were genuinely sad to leave.
