Kaiserlounge Harald Astner Ebbs

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of Kufstein on the Inntal cycle path, 100 m away from a cozy snack bar, 10 minutes away from the Kaiseraufstieg, the entrance to the Kaiser Mountains, all within walking distance. Tours can be offered upon request. The city of Kufstein (train station) and the Kaiserlift can be reached by bike or city bus in 10 minutes. The large fenced garden invites you to play, barbecue and relax. The kitchen with Nespresso machine is new and very well equipped.

This old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and modernized. Hundreds of years old wood meets modern elements. This place is therefore ideal for slowing down and relaxing. The property also offers many opportunities to do so, whether on the spacious lawn, on the veranda or on one of the terraces. You of course have various parking options for your car right by the house. The property is located in the village of Oberau, one of the four municipalities of Wildschönau.

Time out in the original monument with modern comforts - right on the Ziller. If you've always wanted to know how people used to live in the Zillertal, then you can get an idea of it here: Much is original. We have only added a little comfort, so that you can, for example, take a warm shower without having to heat up beforehand... ;-) In our garden you can spend wonderful summer days, go shopping or eat right in the village and the ski resorts are also very close...

Many interesting activities await you off the slopes, too: ski touring, ice climbing, snowshoe hikes, tobogganing on the Gaisberg...

Take the whole family with you to this great place with plenty of space for fun and entertainment. You can live well in 200 m2 of living space in Reith near Kitzbühel. With a secluded huge garden, large driveway in front of the door and a garage for car , bikes and everything else you need ... the golf course and swimming lake is around the corner and invites you to activities. An open fireplace and a tile stove ensures cozy evenings .

The location is ideal for anyone looking to experience the beauty of this region at any time of the year – whether it's skiing, cycling or relaxing on one of the picturesque alpine lakes.

Alpine chalet with sauna and fantastic mountain views

The fantastically beautiful, luxuriously equipped chalet was built in 2017 in the Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of old wood. The house is located 10 minutes from the mountain doctor's office on a high plateau above the village of Ellmau with a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, the ski bus (stop 50 meters away) takes guests to the Ellmau ski resort in 5 minutes. You can ski back to the house.

Stoffelhäusl

The 500-year-old holiday home "Stoffelhäusl" in Reith im Alpachtal was renovated in 2010/11 and overlooks the mountains. The 2-story property is the oldest surviving miners' house from the time when there was a mine in the mountain Reither Kogel in St. Gertraudi. It consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Comfort Chalet

The spacious comfort chalet offers space for up to six people in the traditional living ambience. In addition to an original tile stove and a modern swimming area with sauna, we offer you a hot tub as a personal and unique relaxation oasis. The Comfort Chalet is located in the small town of Itter in the middle of the ski and hiking region of Wilder - Kaiser Brixental.
