The enormously spacious and comfortably furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a large farmhouse in the middle of a horse farm, elevated above the village, rural surroundings, surrounded by mountains. The kitchen, with central cooking facilities and really good equipment, invites you to cook for yourself. The living room, with a tiled stove, is enormously spacious and cozy. The bathroom and toilets are modern and clean. We felt very comfortable. Very nice, open and friendly landlords.

We had a lovely ski weekend with Alexandra and Reinhard. The accommodation is cozily furnished, clean and equipped with everything you need. The communication with Alexandra was great!

It is a great accommodation, the hostess was likeable and very nice. Super sour and tidy, quiet storage and on foot you can explore the city very well. We felt very comfortable there and recommend accommodation 100% it is also great for families.

We really enjoyed our Stay. The Communication was easy and very friendly, the home was cosy and a good size for us. ( we were 8 people).

We had a wonderful time in the house and can highly recommend Claudia as a host! She was always available, very helpful and incredibly warm. A special example of her great commitment: When we once forgot our guest cards, we called Claudia - she immediately answered the phone and arranged everything directly with the lady at the lift. So we were able to pass through as their guests without any problems and even saved money. The accommodation was exactly as described - very clean, well equipped and we lacked nothing. Especially for families with children, it is a real highlight: there were toys and books in the house as well as a small fleet of vehicles outside and many play opportunities. Our children didn't want to go back in after the excursions! Conclusion: A great accommodation and a hostess with a heart who really cares. Thank you, dear Claudia, for the wonderful time.

I'm thrilled with our stay! The house is beautiful and - without covering the original - was spiced up with a lot of love for detail. We, a cooking-loving group of women, found all the cooking utensils in the kitchen. Even for all coffee tastes, appliances were available, whether espresso machine, fully automatic coffee maker, press jug or conventional coffee maker! The previously sent "user manual" for the house left nothing to be desired. Everything has been richly illustrated and explained clearly. The beds were fantastic, the furnishings very lovingly put together. The surroundings were heavenly. Pure nature and many paths to discover it all around. Kirsten was a wonderful host. The communication was quick and easy. A big thank you also for the delicious welcome and the brews/cream bag ♥️ I highly recommend both the house and our friendly host!

We felt really comfortable in the guest apartment. The place was modern and very clean. Our host, Katharina was warm, hospitable and uncomplicated. We were always able to reach out to them with questions and always received a quick reply. We were also very enthusiastic about the delicious farm products. The property is located in a quiet and idyllic area. We can definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the wonderful time and all the hospitality.

Really very nice house, very clean and complete with everything. The owner was very kind but only spoke German. Luckily shortly after came the son who spoke great English and even Italian. The location is great, a bit in the center of all our hikes around Tyrol and Bavaria. Ultra recommended

The apartment is super large, very clean and above all quiet. Even if it sounds stupid, the existing vacuum cleaner in the apartment was really good for 5 people. The location is quiet, but still central towards Söll and Ellmau. Hikes are also possible directly from the apartment. Hubert is very friendly and you feel right at home in the accommodation.

We (two adults and two infants) stayed at the farmhouse for four nights. Check-in and communication with Kirsten was quick and smooth. The equipment in the kitchen as well as in the entire accommodation was more than sufficient (children's dishes, high chair, baked goods, plenty of blankets, etc.) The view from the accommodation is breathtaking. There are ample hiking trails and activities from the farmhouse (also many children's playgrounds, parks, lakes, etc.) The only thing you have to be aware of is that the house is an old farmhouse and therefore the cleanliness cannot be as good as in a new building. That's why it takes getting used to crawling kids. A car is also definitely necessary, as the shopping facilities are downstairs in the valley; which is actually clear. Conclusion: It was a great place for all of us for an extended weekend.

We were on ski holidays with our 2 children in Franz and Andrea's apartment. Very warmly personally received and in advance we already received good tips about skiles etc. The apartment is located 1 bend under the chairlift where there is free private parking and a personal locker, ideal! For the middle station of the gondola, you have to walk a little further or just grab the chairlift and make 1 department. In the morning, delicious fresh rolls in front of the door make it all the way. The sauna is very nice, and you have to book in advance. This is for a fee, but you'll have the place to yourself. We would love to come back here again!

Wonderful mountain hideaway with a beautiful farm. Apartment was new, well equipped, and in excellent shape. Far enough away from town so its peaceful, without being too far away that it's inconvenient. Great views everywhere and lots of hiking. Kids can interact with the cows in the late afternoon and there is an adorable bunny (named Karotte) to pet! Maria is very friendly and helpful with great local recommendations. Had an absolutely fantastic stay!

We really liked the stay for us as a family of 6 (including the youngest at 1.5 years). Check-in was easy and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. Above all, the little one liked the play world in the basement, as well as the play facilities in the garden. The apartment was super clean and incredibly cozy, we felt immediately comfortable. In the kitchen everything necessary was available, the washrooms, as well as the shower were also clean and maintained. The bedrooms were also very comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the location of the suite very much, after a short walk you can reach the mountain railway, as well as some restaurants. Right next to the property is a supermarket, which is super convenient if you need something quickly. We thank Gabi very much for her hospitality and are glad to have had such a nice weekend in such a great place. Kind regards :)

Everything worked out wonderfully and we had a really nice time as a family and with friends. The house is super big and perfectly equipped. The communication with Christoph is very friendly and fast. We were very positively surprised because the house is nicer than in the photos.

Great location, landlady is very nice and friendly. Very good restaurants in Reith, cheese factory, butcher all super nice and accommodating. Bicycle rental in Brixlegg usually always has enough bikes on site. Recommended the Holzalm, easily accessible by bike. With the Alpine map on all activities, there is a discount. There are plenty of sporting offers in the area, recommended rafting from the sport Ossi👍👍👍👍👍 Achensee is also always worth a trip.

It was another great week for us. We will definitely be back!

The view and especially the sunsets and the starry were simply breathtaking in the location. The location alone of the place of origin ensures relaxation. With the very friendly and accommodating hosts, you can only feel comfortable. We will be happy to come back! 👍🏼
