Stugan ligger på ägarens tomt men har en baksida som är privat. Uteplats på 28 kvadrat mot sydväst där ni kan sola, äta middag på kvällen och njuta av solnedgången. På tomten finns studsmatta (maj -> november), fotbollsmål samt lekstuga som får nyttjas, Cyklar lånas gratis. 2 Bilar med båtsläp går bra att parkera här.

Kursgård i nykterhetsorganisationen IOGT:s regi ligger bredvid där det förekommer sporadiska barn-och ungdomsläger.
