The 80m2 apartment is on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the centre. The Schwerin Lake is a few minutes walk away and easily accessible for a morning swim. The bright apartment with its own entrance consists of e i n e m large living/bedroom area with adjacent o f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is a lot of space for 2-3 people and you will always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Additional mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (without icebox) and an electric stove with oven. The car can be parked in the in-house yard. As a rule, the regular bus runs hourly to the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden can be (co-)used with agreement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with the consent of the landlord.

Welcome to our stylish vacation apartment – ideal for families, groups, and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort across approximately 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timber frame, and a glass-panelled Tennentor window with a view of the village square.

Barn on the farm 90 m²

You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. Our farm is located exactly in the middle between Rostock and Wismar close to the sea

BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
