"Lieblingsplatz" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and proximity to the sea. Large windows open the view to the garden, nature and tranquility included. On approx. 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Quiet city apartment

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 300 Jahre alten Fachwerkhaus. Sie ist sehr geräumig und trotz Zentrumsnähe absolut ruhig. Die Sanierung erfolgte unter ökologischen Gesichtspunkten. Durch die alten Lehmwände herrscht ein natürliches Raumklima, sie bedürfen allerdings besonderer Lüftungsregeln, an die sich der Mieter halten muss. Es darf von Oktober bis April nur nach dem Stosslüftungsprinzip gelüftete werden (ca. 10 min Querlüften morgens und abends). Einen Fernseher gibt es nicht.

Kleine und feine Unterkunft, mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Ideal für 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind/ 2. Kind auf Anfrage. Ländlich, sehr ruhig gelegen aber dennoch Zentral. Kurze Wege nach Wismar oder Schwerin. Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Badesee. Ein zauberhafter Spielplatz im Ort. Kleine Wäldchen um den Ort zum spazieren, oder zum Pilze sammeln. Ab 8 Uhr könnt ihr bei Joanna,s Markt frische Brötchen/Zeitung kaufen. Lehne dich zurück und genieße diese ruhige, stilvolle Unterkunft!

A gem in the center

Urlaub machen inmitten der historischen Altstadt. Diese gemütliche und zudem super zentral gelegene Wohnung, befindet sich im Stadtkern der schönen Landeshauptstadt Schwerin und ist somit der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge bzw. Exkursionen jeglicher Art. Das Schloss; das Theater; der Dom; Restaurants; Cafés, ÖPNV etc. sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Mit ihren 2,5 lichtdurchfluteten Räumen bietet die Wohnung genügend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen.

The lovingly converted circus wagon offers you a super cozy retreat in the middle of nature - and that in every season. Enjoy sunsets in the vicinity of our sheep, or make yourself comfortable by the fire. The mobile tiny house has an oven, electricity and water connection, a private guest bathroom in the main house and is designed for a maximum of 3 people plus toddler.

Meine Gäste sprechen z.b: vom "einzigartigen Erlebnis", vom "liebevoll ausgebauten Bauwagen" und dem "tollem Flair" in "großartiger Umgebung". Ich sage: Es gibt kein WLAN! Small apartment

The property offers plenty of space for recreation. A parking space is by the house. The apartment is about 40 sqm and practically furnished. It is advantageous to travel by car. But also the arrival by train, bus or dial-a-bus is also available. Cambs is a good starting point for trips to Schwerin, Wismar or the Baltic Sea. If you like cycling, you are well on your way on bike paths. The Internet connection is sometimes a bit weak.
