The apartment complex with sauna is located in the first row 50 m from the beach, exactly between the districts of Kühlungsborn-Ost and Kühlungsborn-West. At the back, after about 50 m, the city forest begins, which invites you to relaxing hikes. A sauna is also available in the house after registration.

For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

The Cavalier House is located opposite the Stables and has a large garden with pavilion, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building has recently been lovingly restored. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with separate pantry, a study, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs there are 7 double rooms and 1 single room, as well as 4 bathrooms.

Our holiday home with a size of 30 m² and direct view of the wide landscape, is located in the countryside, consists of a combined living/ sleeping room , equipped with a double bed, a two-seater (sofa), an armchair and table, an extension wall, a wardrobe as well as Internet/WLAN, TV and radio. The mini-kitchen contains a gas hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes & cutlery etc.
