The apartment complex with sauna is located in the first row 50 m from the beach, exactly between the districts of Kühlungsborn-Ost and Kühlungsborn-West. At the back, after about 50 m, the city forest begins, which invites you to relaxing hikes. A sauna is also available in the house after registration.

Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

The holiday home is only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Our holiday home with a size of 30 m² and direct view of the wide landscape, is located in the countryside, consists of a combined living/ sleeping room , equipped with a double bed, a two-seater (sofa), an armchair and table, an extension wall, a wardrobe as well as Internet/WLAN, TV and radio. The mini-kitchen contains a gas hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes & cutlery etc.
