Our beautiful modern 3-room apartment is located in the Dünengarten vacation resort with direct private beach access and a small park. It has a large combined living and dining room with fully equipped kitchenette. 1 bedroom/children's room with bunk bed and one bedroom with box spring bed. In the cozy living room with pull-out box spring couch, an additional 2 people can sleep comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet. From the living room there is a balcony with side sea view.

Beachtime

Die Beachtime liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig nur 800 m von der Seebrücke und dem Strand entfernt in der Strandstrasse. Die Strandstrasse ist die Einkaufs- und Flaniermeile in Kühlungsborn und lädt mit vielen Geschäften und Gastronomie zum Bummeln und Verweilen ein. Dieser belebte Abschnitt der Strandstrasse beginnt in nur 100 m Entfernung der Wohnung. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist von hier fußläufig erreichbar und der Stadtwald und der Lindenpark sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have a separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

The light-flooded 2-room apartment with 42m² & a magnificent balcony across the entire width, is located on the promenade with many shops, restaurants and cafes. The Baltic Sea is a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet apartment located at the back. Three floor-to-ceiling window doors lead out onto the balcony, from which you have a beautiful view over green gardens to the nearby city forest.

The small comfortable separate apartment is located in a quiet and central location. Desired points of contact such as beach, harbor, forest, shopping and gateways can be reached in a short time. The Ost train station is only 150 m away, so the accommodation is ideally suited for train and bus travelers. It is about 500 m to the beach and the boat harbor. Free parking is available. This place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, for a great vacation.

Schulzenhof-Woest - Vacation home

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

Kägsdorf beach 2

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3 km) and Rerik (5 km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings in July and August minimum 5 days.
