Welcome to our stylish vacation apartment – ideal for families, groups, and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort across approximately 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timber frame, and a glass-panelled Tennentor window with a view of the village square.

In the magnificent stud farm park, where a variety of events take place throughout the year, you will also find our state stud master's house and the “Fohlenstall” guest house. Guests experience tranquility, stylish ambience and good cuisine in close proximity to the beautiful horses of the state stud farm.

We rent a cozy, friendly, bright apartment on the 2nd floor of an old building with 2 bedrooms (1x160 bed, 1x 140 bed), great kitchen and bathroom with shower & bathtub. The sofa in the living room offers a sleeping option (squeaks a bit). The small town of Hagenow lies between the "Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve" and the "Elbe River Landscape Biosphere Reserve", and the cities of Ludwigslust and Schwerin can also be reached quickly by train. The Baltic Sea is only 1 hour away by car.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

The entire building was extensively renovated in accordance with the Far Eastern harmony teachings of Feng Shui and using high-quality natural materials (clay, wood). It impresses with its carpentry work, for example, the solid wood kitchen with Miele appliances, which was manufactured as a one-of-a-kind. Birdsong instead of traffic noise, the Elbe right outside the front door and sunsets over the meadows: Our lovingly renovated house is located in a small village with only eight houses in the middle of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley biosphere reserve. Look forward to a large garden with fruit trees, a sauna, a fire pit, and plenty of space for spending time together in the middle of nature. A place to take a deep breath, switch off, and arrive.

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Seven Seas" is suitable for both individual travelers and families. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a maritime designed living room with king size bed, TV and relaxation zone. A separate kitchen with dining table, as well as a shower room complete the apartment.
