This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea. There are 4 bedrooms, making it suitable for groups of around 10 people and 3-4 families with small children. You can spend time while protecting the privacy of each family. The Ichinomiya area can be reached in about 80 minutes from Tokyo. Please spend an irreplaceable time with your family and friends. * There is an additional 10,000 yen fee for using the barrel sauna. * Pets are only allowed if they are well trained small dogs that will not damage the furniture. There will be an additional cost of ¥3,000 per pet. There are no dog goods. * According to the Ichinomiya-cho ordinance, the garden can only be used until 9 pm. We renovated the old house where our grandmother used to live with our own hands as much as possible. Kujukuri Beach, which is just a short walk away, is a place where relatives and friends have gathered for a long time. Once again, I wanted to make it a place full of smiles like I did in those days, and I've gotten my hands a little bit. Now, there is also high-speed fiber optic wifi and a sauna, making it a relaxing space for families, couples, and friends. One of the charms of the house is that the cats who live nearby casually visit the garden. For those who want to enjoy seaside quiet time, this is the perfect location.
