A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

Big garden for parking with fence, few minutes walking to the spa. It's beautiful and safe here with nice neighborhood. there are 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, 1 bathroom, 1 closed balcony where you can read and relax while enjoying the view, 1 big living room where you can also sleep if the 2 bedrooms are not enough. You can have barbecue in the garden. We speak Serbian, Chinese, English, Italian, Hungarian. We have 2 friendly ponnies in backyard that kids really love. Pets are all warmly welcome.

The property is a traditional house (built 1891) with private garden, grass farmyard and orchard. It is completely renovated, very comfortable and well-equipped. There is lots of space indoors and outdoors to relax and experience traditional village life. All village shops, swimming pool and amenities are a short walk or cycle from the house.
