Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kungälv Municipality

Sara and Axel‘s cabin is located in a beautiful area by the sea in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood. There are three wonderful bathing spots in walking distance. The cabin is full of creative design and offers a well-equipped kitchen. Axel and Sara are kind and generous hosts and lovely people to meet and chat with. We also loved the house cat Jiro who comes and goes as he pleases and might take a nap somewhere in the house. 😀🐈 We truly recommend a stay for some relaxed days in a typical Swedish holiday setting!! Thank you for having us, Sara and Axel!

The house has almost met expectations, perhaps a small maintenance in some places would make it even more comfortable.

Roberth's listing was perfect for our long weekend - very comfortable and private. It's much larger than the photos suggest and very well equipped. Most days we drove into Gothenburg (about 25-30 mins by car) then relaxed in the evenings in the hot tub. We would love to return.

We want to recommend this house and this generous family to others who are thinking of vacationing in Sweden with a short distance to Gothenburg. We have never been away in a larger patio/deck that must be about 200 sqm. With cozy sofa groups, outdoor lights that made the evenings magical, a swimming pool with superstructures that could only be pushed away by use, as well as an apple tree that created both some shade as well as a warm atmosphere. The house seems newly renovated, with modern style and furniture. A spacious kitchen that is open into the living room creates a sense of space and a lot of space. A modern and great bathroom, plus three bedrooms on the 2nd floor, as well as the master bedroom on the same floor as the living room/kitchen. There is nice space for two families. There were 8 of us and it didn't feel cramped. We felt right at home. Cozy and good communication with the landlord. We experienced generosity and a genuine desire for us to feel at home. We would highly recommend this place to others! Should I say one thing that we missed - then there was a house number on the house itself.

Great house, clean and just as expected. We (2 families with 5 people each) enjoyed it very much!

Gorgeous modern home with lots of of space and an incredible patio and backyard. All the amenities you could need. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Big kitchen had all the cookware and appliances you would need, dining table was great for working and eating, and TV space was relaxing. Perfect for a week long stay. Lots of windows and natural light. The backyard was an oasis with furniture, trampoline, fire pit, grill, and berry bushes. Safe suburban neighborhood, easy walk to shopping, public transportation, lake and nature trails. Host was very responsive and kind. Very simple check in and out process. Would absolutely stay again when in the area, it was perfect.

We had a really lovely 5 days at Sofia’s place. Sofia and Malcolm were incredibly friendly and welcoming and had lots of ideas and tips of where we should go and what we should see. We were made to feel right at home and our children were encouraged to use the garden and trampoline etc, while we were also encouraged to pick the plums and other produce from the garden. The flat is really centrally located on Tjörn, meaning that everything we wanted to do was an easy drive away. We loved exploring the coastline and the island and really enjoyed the flat which suited our family of four really well. Thank you Sofia and Malcolm for a really lovely stay.

Our stay on Tjörn was great! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Laban, who personally showed us the accommodation and was always available for questions. The accommodation itself was very well equipped, we lacked nothing. We liked the spacious and beautiful garden. Even if the accommodation can only be reached by car, it is ideally located to reach all parts of the island in a few minutes. Thanks a lot!

We had a wonderful week at Arvid's cottage. The atmosphere is inviting, the garden wonderfully spacious and private. The jetty on the bay around the corner is perfect for an evening bath. You will mainly find people from the neighborhood, who like to go through the temperature of the water with you. It won't be Swedish;-) Arvid responded quickly to questions and came up with good tips, for hiking trails, among other things. We'd love to come back.

Really nice house in a quiet location. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. There was everything you needed and we were allowed to use everything, even the home-grown lettuce, the fresh, delicious apples from the tree and various herbs. We can fully recommend it and Tjörn is really nice for a relaxing vacation. Nearby there is a great bakery with delicious bulle, a kayak rental and good spots for mackerel fishing.

Quite sweet nature, nice for tourist, recomended

Very friendly welcome. The house was equipped with all the comforts. It is very quiet within walking distance ( <5m) of the sea. The sculpture park, watercolor museum and all other tourist attractions are easily accessible by car within half an hour. The quiet garden with plum tree is regularly visited by squirrels and even a deer. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice week at the house. Amazing kitchen and a large terrace with great views over the sea. We were a total of 9 people 4 adults and 5 children between the ages of 1 and 8. The kids really liked all the berries that were in the garden as well as the "gymnasium" upstairs.

What a great house! Åsa was a great hostess. She welcomed us warmly, showed us everything and gave us many tips for the area. The house is on a very nice property with many seating options and beautiful views. There were also bicycles and various toys for the children, such as sand toys, fishing rods for crab fishing, Kubb... We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Linda’s place is really great! The view is simply amazing and it’s perfect for hiking (there are beautiful trails in the area and wonderful swimming spots). The house is cosy, clean and has everything you need! Linda is a great host, very friendly and responsive! We stayed 10 days and we definitely would love to go back!

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful area and well located in relation to the things we needed. Quickly responding and very nice people! We were on the road with our one and a half year old son and that's what we needed.
