Nice house with pool in Alafors

Nice house in Alafors, just outside Gothenburg. Large with room for the whole family, both in the house and in the pool (not winter time) of about 25 square meters. Barely 3 miles by car to central Gothenburg, or 22 minutes by commuter train from Nol which is 2.5 km away. Large living room and spacious kitchen. Large terraces with several dining areas. Large trampoline on site. 5 bedrooms, plus possibly extra beds. For young people, there is its own crawl into a stand-alone house with TV, video games, air hockey as well as floorball goals and board games.

Luxurious villa with pool close to the sea

Amazing house for those who want that little something little something extra! Pool area, gym, hot tub, sauna and a lovely garden to rest your eyes on. The pool is accessible and heated to at least 28 degrees between May until September. Close to shop, clothing store, Pizzeria, sushi, Thai and hamburger restaurant as well as 600m to the train and bus station but above all the sea. Closest town is Stenungsund 10 minutes by car. Good transport links to both Gothenburg and Uddevalla by train or bus. 30 minutes by car to Gothenburg.

Närmaste matbutik ca 10 min bort med bil och ca 45 min från Göteborg. Saltvattenpoolen är uppvärmd under sommarmånaderna och gräsmattan inbjuder till diverse utomhuslekar. Inga sängkläder eller handdukar är inkluderat. Städning av badrum, kök, golv mm görs av gästerna innan man lämnar boendet.

Newly built house 2022. The house is in a quiet place near the sea in Björlanda/Gothenburg with only 20 minutes into central Gothenburg by bus that goes outside the door. The house has all the amenities needed, two toilets, pool, outdoor shower, espresso machine, two ovens, a bathtub, a shower. There is a living room with a smaller sofa. Two smaller bedrooms with bed and desk. A master bedroom with walk-in closet and private toilet with exit to the pool.
