It was a very nice experience. Naturally peaceful. A house surrounded by nature and the chirping of birds in the morning. The owner is very accommodating. The house is small but works. Great choice for shorter stays

The host, Ms. Pınar, and her mother were very polite. The house was clean, sheets and bathroom were very clean. The house is a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful patio in the trees, but families with children about 700 meters from the sea can choose to go by car instead of on foot. A house has everything you could need, thanks to the thought of the last detail. Having air conditioning in every room was a big plus. We spent most of our time on the deck in the shade of the trees. It was a pleasant holiday and we plan to come back. We thank the hosts.

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

The house was much better than it looked in the photos, very clean and tidy. Having 4 bedrooms and sofa beds is also ideal for crowded plans. There were no points that we were complaining about, I highly recommend it.

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb villa for our holiday, and everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures. This villa is perfect for both family holidays and getaways with friends. The attention to detail was impressive, from the tasteful furniture and kitchen utensils to the comfortable garden furniture. The location is lovely, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only 2-3 minutes by car. The hosts were responsive, kind, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We had a lovely stay. The host was very responsive to messages, very helpful and friendly. There was a small shop for essentials close by and a bus route also which was very handy. The area the property was located in is nice and quiet also.

A beautiful complex where you can go to relax with your family is calm and clean and reliable away from the noise. I can say that three families can stay comfortably in the villas. There is also a villa toddler pool suitable for families with small children. It is quite close to the sea (Max 2 km) The beach is quite nice. Of course, personal expectations may miss my comment. This is one of the best homestays I stay.First of all the location of the house is very nice, it is only a half hour drive from the national park (there is a very clear beach there) and the two nearest supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walk.The host uncle was very friendly and helped us figure it out every time we had a problem.The house is very well equipped for cooking, a TV with a cast screen to watch a movie, the air conditioning is a great job, the best is the pool, it is very clean and cleaned every day.Will stay here again next time!

we stayed in the house for 4 people and we were very comfortable, having air conditioning in the house was a huge plus, and the host's father, Uncle Recep, was very interested in us, we can say that we felt exactly like we were in our own home. If we were to come again, we will choose this place without thinking.

An amazing stay, right in the heart of the street markets of Kuşadası and only a few minutes by minibus/car for a cheap price to the beaches or beach clubs that are paid entry. Host is responsive immediately and ensured we had all we needed. We had a five year old child with us, in regards to the noise she slept perfectly fine was never bothered at all by the music. Neither were we, it wasn’t that bad for us I guess it depends on the person. Clean on arrival as well. Thank you very much for this perfect stay hope to see you again one day :)

The home seemed to be in the photos. There was nothing missing, all the amenities were available. We stayed with 2 families and had no problems at all. Mr. Yigit and Ms. Tülay are very interested, when we wrote when we needed something, they came back in the moment and took care of it right away. They are very kind people. It was very pleasant to sit in the garden, it was quiet and calm, a place to relax. We came by planning to visit the surrounding beaches, but we liked the Çukuraltı beach very much, we didn't even need to go anywhere else. Very good location in Kusadasi, very close to Ephesus. We enjoyed the house and Özdered very much. If there's a chance in the future, we'd love to be guests in this house again. We were very pleased with the family.

Can was always easily accessible until arrival and always friendly and helpful. There were problems with Can on arrival because I did not agree with the cleanliness of the kitchen. He was very unfriendly at first and was busy. However, he was able to teach himself later and apologize for his behavior. A cleaner came right away and cleaned the kitchen completely. After this small but very intense incident, he was again extremely helpful and very friendly, so we could feel comfortable and enjoy the holiday. The house is in a very well maintained and protected complex with security. It is well equipped and nicely decorated. The pool is very close to the house and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, there were hardly any other people there. We were there for 9 days at the end of August.

The place is charming, located in an authentic village where the locals were really nice and welcoming. Cagdas was friendly and provided us with some great recommendations for places to visit. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!

Merhaba / Hello. We are a family of 8 and we booked Ayasoluk Villa. Upon our arrival, we were offered to stay with no extra charge at Ayasoluk Hotel which was a minute away. Traveling with 5 children, it was convenient for us to stay at Ayasoluk Hotel. Murselin, Seyhmus and the staff are amazing team that make us feel at home. It is beautiful setting and walking distance to surrounded history. Highly recommended. We will be back. Görüşürüz

The villa was far beyond our expectations. Everything was very tidy and clean from the entrance. Ms. Handan and Mr. Adnan were very caring and helpful; the check-in and check-out process went smoothly and we received quick answers to all our questions. The location of the villa was quite calm, it had an atmosphere in touch with nature. It was a great place to both rest and have a pleasant time. The pool was clean, the garden was very well maintained. Everything that might be needed inside was thought of — kitchen equipment, towels, cleaning supplies were complete. It was especially enjoyable to sit in the garden and have a barbecue in the evenings. We had a great time. I recommend it with peace of mind. We were very happy to get to know them. We would like to visit again at an appropriate time.
