Centrally located, easy walking distance to train station, parks, shops and restaurants. Nice spacious apartment, gorgeous views. Very much recommended!

I had a very nice stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating, even when I made a mistake.

Lovely spot near Nakajima Park and the subway. The highlight here is the expansive view. I also appreciated the responsiveness of the host. Although there were very few issues, the host was always good to respond when I had a question. He even helped facilitate the delivery of some packages I had delivered here. Hoping that I might be able to stay here again next year.

Lovely to be able to have a home all to yourself. Clean interior and local to susukino district to be able to get to food / coffee / gyms / shopping / trains and even a laundrette around the corner!

Miho was great at communicating different instructions for check in and checkout. The building is a mix use with businesses and residences but is still very quiet. We only had to use the entry code once and there is was always someone coming and going. The place itself was good and comfortable. The sheets were nice the kids loved them. The hot water can be a little finicky but worked. The smell of kerosene can be bad if you are sensitive to it. Overall the location was good and the place was nice and would book again.

This apartment unit is very well equipped. I can tell Toshiko-san makes good efforts in providing the best staying experience for the guests. My family of four had a good rest in her cosy apartment.

the apartment was very clean and large. Unfortunately, the hallway is a bit narrow and it will be difficult to get up with a lot of suitcases. In addition, it smells a little in the hallway, but nothing can be felt in the apartment. Would come back again
