This is a cozy 1LDK single-story house in a quiet villa area, a little away from the gorgeous Niseko ski resort area. The entire building is rented out, like a completely detached two-family house. The host lives next door, so we're here to help if there's anything we can help you with, but we respect your basic privacy during your stay. The building is new and simple. 1 bedroom, 2 beds. You can enter and exit with self check-in and self check-out. Each ski resort in Niseko is within a 20-minute drive. Rusutsu Resort Ski Area is 30 minutes by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski resort in the distance on a sunny day. It is a quiet villa area on the outskirts of town. You need a car to get to the shops and restaurants. * Notice: From November 1, 2024, an accommodation tax will be introduced in Niseko Town. You can rent entire house by only one group, there is key box in the entrance of the house, you can take the key by yourself and check in and check out to return the key at the original place. You can park 3 cars in the yard of the house for free.
