Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Peaceful location on the shore of beautiful Upper Juumajärvi about 2 km from Juuma village, 3 km from the Little Karhunkier, next to Oulanka National Park. Nearby great natural attractions: Karhunkierros, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs, etc. You can take day trips to nearby destinations.The beach sauna is at your disposal and we advise you on heating it. WiFi is available. Price includes linens and towels for three.

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. Firewood is included in the rent. (in outdoor storage room and/or outside on the back terrace)

Rent a traditional cottage in the Kuusamo desert. Fishing, hunting and hiking opportunities nearby. Kitchen, bedroom, loft, outdoor toilet and separate barrel. Also a barbecue. Please note! Heating works on wood. The cottage has water from the pond. (in winter manually and in summer from the faucet) The electricity works with solar panels and batteries. A peaceful cottage by the eastern border. I travel around the world myself, and I know the basics of the experience, and I can assure you that they really can be found here! I spend a lot of time here, and I'm constantly working to improve the listing, so you won't be able to find, for example, finished frying pans or broken dishes. Here, nature is nearby, and you can, for example, fish or move in nature.
