Northern Lights? Fishing? Hunting? North Cape? This cabin is perfectly located for a peaceful stay in quiet and pleasant surroundings. Including Wi-Fi and bed linen/towels Running water in the cabin. Hot tub can be booked during summer. Distance from the cabin: Skaidi 10 min Alta/Hammerfest 1 hour North Cape 2 hours Central and good starting point if you want to explore West Finnmark. Parking: Summer: approx. 70 meters Winter: about 500 meters from the cabin. You have to walk about 500 meters. Good shoes, clothes and headlamp must be brought.

Cabin in the mountains

Great cabin only 20 min away from Alta. Here you have immediate proximity to nature in summer and winter. Ski and hiking trails right outside the door. From the road there is a slight uphill slope you have to walk approximately 800 meters along the tractor road. In winter, skis or snowshoes should be used. The cabin has 4-5 beds in 2 bedrooms. Access to hot water and shower, as well as electricity and heat pump. All equipment such as bed linen/towels are of course included in the price. We can assist with transportation from the airport if desired.

This is a luxurious outdoor experience in the raw and beautiful nature of Finnmark. You can enjoy the peaceful surroundings outside, or relax indoors in the living room while watching the Northern Lights through the large panoramic windows. For international guests, the easiest way to reach the property is by flying to Lakselv or Alta Airport and renting a car. You can park your car conveniently right in front of the entrance, and an EV charger is available for use at the cabin (NOK 100/ day).

The cabin is located completely by itself 100m from Lakselva, and has its own fishing place by the river which can be rented in addition to the cabin in the period 01jun-15sep contact me for booking. High probability of seeing the northern lights(aurora borealis) in the period from August 15th - April 15th. Easy access with car and a large parking space right by the cottage. Rental car is possible to rent. About 3km to center of Lakselv. About 190km to Northcape. About 70km to Sapmi park.

In summer we recommend collecting river stones, chatting with locals, and checking out nearby archaeological sites. In winter Sarves ski hill is only five minutes away and our local waterfalls are frozen-spectacular. Whatever season, it’s nice to relax with a coffee in a well-appointed home. Velkommen til hytta vår, som ligger i et rolig område ved en innsjø. Hytta har utsikt over innsjøen, og en kan oppleve nordlys og midnattssol fra stuevinduet. Området har varierte muligheter for hiking, friluftsliv og opplevelser hele året. Spør oss gjerne om tips :) OBS! Sovehemsen er delvis åpen, og egner seg ikke for små barn. Små barn kan bruke soverom, sovesofa i stua, eller en flyttbar gulvmadrass. Hytta har en varmtvannstank på 120 liter, det er varmtvann til 3 - 4 personer.

Rett utenfor døra venter turstier, nordlys og midnattssol. Siden hytta har en enkel standard, må du være innforstått med boforholdene før du booker. Merk at det tilkommer en ekstra kostnad for bruk av badstue og leie av sengetøy. 50 meter å gå fra parkeringen på sommeren.
