The whole ground floor is for rent, the entrance is separate, the ceiling height is 3.8 m. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a courtyard with a gazebo. A maximum of 8 guests can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. In the first bedroom there is a double bed + a single bed, in the second bedroom there are 3 single beds, in the living room there is a sofa + an armchair bed. Lovely home,close to the seaside, just 250 meters away! In a small hill, with a wonderful sea view and a constant fresh sea breeze. You have access to the entire second floor with a separate entrance,three bedrooms, a huge hall, a bathroom kitchen and a balcony. Each bedroom has panoramic sea views from each bedroom. All bedrooms have two comfortable beds with the option to add one more bed. + In the hall, the corner folds out and turns into a bed for two! and a smart TV with a flat screen.

Had a great weekend! Half an hour from Batumi, next to the river, around the picturesque mountains! There is a grill, for an additional fee there is a sauna and a swimming pool in the summer (not yet in season). The house is cozy, warm, in perfect condition, has everything you need.

I would like to thank Sophia, her mother, and her father. I did not meet Sophia, but her parents are wonderful. Her mother brought us coffee, baklava, and chocolate. As a kind of hospitality, the cottage is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We had two days in their quiet cottage, one of the most beautiful days of our lives. 🌹 Those who are looking for tranquility will find it. They are interested in the most authentic details and the cottage decorations are very beautiful. Sophia's mother is wonderful. She was always smiling. Thank you and I will repeat the visit and advise everyone to visit the place 👍👍👍

If you plan to stay by the black sea in Georgia, Cottage Petra is one of the best choices. You can reach the beach within a 10-minute walk. Kohbuleti is nearby for restaurants etc. The cottage itself is super nice and comfortable, with all the comforts. You can cook well and eat on the balcony with beautiful views over the black sea. In the garden, you can also have a BBQ. The host and his family are very accommodating and kind. In short, a very unique and beautiful place.

- There is a transfer from the airport. The hosts will be waiting with a sign immediately after receiving your luggage. - Private area (only you and owners). - A big kind dog. - Two beautiful cats. One is trusting, the other is cautious. - Optional: delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also really delicious pizza. - There is always the opportunity to ask the owners to buy something in the city for you (they brought me ice cream). - If you don’t have cash, don’t worry. The owners have a payment terminal. - On the third floor there is a hammock and two sun loungers under the roof. There are also sockets there - you can lie with a laptop or tablet. - The apartments themselves are very bright and clean, with everything you need. Ideal for long stays. - The center of Chakvi is ten minutes on foot. NOTES: - Nearby is a small bamboo grove. - On the street you can meet a cow and a calf. - The owners are also travelers. Ask about their adventures. Until we meet again. =]
