From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kim's mom, whose kindness and hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay. The property itself is a testament to Kim's attention to detail and organizational skills. Every aspect of the space is thoughtfully arranged, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. One of the highlights for our family was the impressive collection of board games available. We spent hours playing together, creating cherished memories that we will hold dear. Kim's dedication to providing a top-notch experience is evident in every corner of the property. Ikigai stays are perfect for Mussorie. It's a standalone 3 storey building with a huge room on each floor. it's super spacious and luxurious. Hardly a 700 m walk from the famous Mall Road, this place has everything you can ask for. The food was amazing and the staff was super helpful during our stay. Recommended for solo travellers and family both. Manvendra was also very responsive and helped us out whenever needed. Must recommended 5/5

This cottage is very charming and warm. The architecture of the home is very interesting. The upstairs room feels like a tree house with a peaked ceiling and the downstairs opens up to the outdoors. Everything is there to enjoy a long term stay and the location is peaceful while being very close to all the activity of Rajpur Rd. The garden is lovely and attracts the most beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies. Easy to use swiggy and blinkit from this location. I highly recommend 🪷🙏🏽

Our stay at Kothri - Summer & Snow was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the gracious hosts, Sarika ji and Sharad ji, whose hospitality made us feel right at home. The thoughtfully curated menu featured a delightful array of snacks and meals—each dish both delicious and affordably priced. One of the highlights was the balcony view, which turned magical by night, offering a serene and mesmerizing panorama. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—nestled close to Landour and Mall Road, it provided both convenience and easy access to the heart of Mussoorie. The rooms were elegantly designed, blending modern comfort with tasteful decor, adding a unique charm to the experience. We cherished every moment of our stay and would return without a second thought whenever the opportunity arises.

Anubha was a great host! Very attentive, responsive and making sure my parents were comfortable throughout their stay. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described — perfect for a relaxing visit. Highly recommend!

Abhimanyu is a great host, proactive and always ready to help. His place is just like the photograph. The location is nice. It's near Rajpur road, the most happening place in Dehradun with all major restaurants, shopping mall. Robbers Cave is 20 mnts drive from the place. View from the master bedroom and the roof is fascinating. Overall very good experience.

The place was in a peaceful locality, away from the hustle bustle but still well connected. Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms and a functional kitchen were the highlights. Shout out to Sujeet and Vinay for being super responsive

We had a good and warm stay that genuinely felt homely. It’s a great option for travelers, especially with the availability of home-cooked food and efficient chai, coffee services. Essential amenities like laundry, Wi-Fi & AC were all up to the mark, ensuring comfort. The overall cleanliness and positive vibe were noticeable. We appreciated Ranjana ji’s helpfulness (various small enquiries) which made things much easier. This place also works well for a staycation, as it provides all necessary amenities. I felt like I was at home there. The house keeping person is also very supportive. Overall good experience. There seemed to be a little security issue. There is no intercom in the building. Anyone can come upstairs. One night at 1.30 am someone rang my doorbell. And he had to go to some other flat.

It was a fantastic and majestically satisfying experience for us, simply loved the hospitality from Mr. & Mrs. Jaggi and their granddaughter - the sweetest little angel "Nehmat". After visiting almost 50 countries yet in this lifetime of mine and thus knowing different types of people / host, I can perhaps say that, I understand human beings and their nature quite well and thus I have no hesitation in recommending their place. You simply won't find a better place than this one in Dehradun. It's not only a gem of a place to stay but also a place for which full of care and kindness. All my best wishes for Mr. & Mrs. Jaggi and the little angel "Nehmat.

This is one place where we could really enjoy God’s created mountains. This is for now away from human destruction. You can see mountains without houses and garbage which is a rare sight these days. We have been to Rohtang and the mountains there are filled with garbage and human excretion. We have been to Simla, Manali, Dalhousie, McLeodganj, Kasauli, Mussoorie etc. However, all those mountains are weeping under the pressure of matchbox like construction. I doubt if the virginity of this place would remain so for long but it is worth enjoying till it is there. A humble request to visitors would be to not pollute the place and be decent enough to pick the garbage thrown by human beings.

The airbnb was really nice and in a great location. Siddhant was extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Great place on Mussorie road. Spotlessly maintained property makes you feel right at home. Host was very receptive and accommodative. The general area upto the apartment needs some cleaning, apart from that, great stay. Would definitely recommend

Serene and comfortable stay

Vatsalya is a lovely,well decorated property. The view from the balcony was very pretty! The stable & high-speed internet added to the quality of the stay. The hosts were very responsive & proactive. The kitchen was very well-equipped as well. The inactive door bell was the only minor inconvenience. I had a great stay here. I would've stayed for longer if it was available.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is in a very interesting neighbourhood, right at the heart of everything. It makes you feel like you’re part of the city, not just visiting. The space is comfortable, with good natural light and a lovely view from the terrace. It was a peaceful spot to return to after a day of exploring. Would happily stay again.

We had a comfortable stay. Everything was as described on the listing. Clear instructions to reach the place. Ashish was helpful and responsive. A monkey frequently visited the balcony, which was a concern as we stayed with kids. Obviously, the owner can’t do much about it. However, those traveling with little kids should be aware of this.
