Closed front door. The apartment is rented and serviced by the owners. Nearby are Khreshchatyk, Bessarabian market, Olympic stadium, Central Synagogue, Gulliver and Mandarin shopping centers - Plaza, Alexandrovskaya hospital. Near the house there are two metro stations - Ukrainian Heroes Square and Sports Palace. The house has no elevator!

Sunny and warm apartment, completely new. At the disposal of guests everything you need. Kitchen dishes, towels, bedclothes, hair dryer, household appliances are all brand new. The apartment is located in the center of the Rusanovka district, an artificial island surrounded by water. A five-minute walk the river embankment with a many restaurants with varied cuisine - Italian, Greek, American, European, one fish and one breakfast restaurants. The exhibition center (IEC-expo) is a 15-minute walk.

Inside is a king size bed, and on the mezzanine there are quality mattresses for 3 beds. The studio has its own small kitchen, its own bathroom with everything you need, TV, internet, etc. Welcome!
