New summer cottage in Lake Saimaa

On the island of Lake Saimaa, with good fishing waters. The sun sets directly on the terrace of the sauna and cottage, a gentle kid-friendly beach. A cottage completed in 2024, a modern kitchen, an indoor toilet, a rowing boat, and 2pcs Sup boards. MH1 double bed (160x200), MH2 2pcs beds, MH3 double bed (140x200) sauna room extendable bed (70x200), extra mattresses 2. In the summer kitchen, a gas grill, an electric smoker, and a masonry pan with gas. Drinking water well, sauna lake water. Domesticated dogs allowed. Cats prohibited.

Villa Kaunisvirta and a lot

Villa Kaunisvirta is a magnificent log cabin for year-round use in Pyhtää, about 1 hour from Helsinki. The cottage is located by the river. The cottage has accommodation for 10-12 in two cottages: the main building and a separate sauna cottage. The cottage also has a barbecue canopy, a traditional log storage shed and a wooden outhouse. Swimming dock on the beach. Tub 80€/day, boat sauna for rent at 45€/day. Linen and towels 20€/person. Customers can clean themselves or basic final cleaning can be ordered for 160e.

The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

For winter swimmers, stairs directly from the sauna to the ice hole! The three bedrooms of the 95 m² villa offer accommodation for 6 guests. All its windows overlook either nature or the sea. Even the sauna and bathroom offer an unobstructed sea view just 15 meters from the waterfront!

This large log house in the middle of the village of Lemis has all the services of Lemis within walking distance. The church, shop and restaurants/pubs are 200m from the house. The nearest swimming area is 100 meters away. The logs of the 120-year-old house exude atmosphere and history. The large terrace is great for cooking, dining and spending the evening. For cooking, the terrace has a large charcoal grill under the canopy and a gas grill for eating with a larger group.

You can take a dip in clean lake water just 20 meters from the house. The beach is kid friendly and heads south. The yard is easy to access and has a good parking space.
