L’appartement est conforme aux photos, très spacieux et joliment décoré. Il est plutôt bien équipé (casseroles, cafetière, grille-pain, sèche cheveux, ustensiles, etc.), ce qui est pratique. La terrasse est très sympa !! Le quartier est agréable et l’appartement se situe juste au niveau d’une place avec des restaurants et bars autour. Le métro est à quelques minutes à pied. La communication avec l’hôte a été parfaite, assez réactif et flexible par rapport à notre arrivée tardive dans l’appartement (après 1h du matin). Merci encore pour votre aide lors de notre arrivée le soir (grève de taxis) ! Les instructions pour entrer dans l’appartement sont très claires. On s’y sent comme à la maison ! Je recommande sans hésiter ce bel appartement (qui est sans doute le meilleur que j’ai pu réserver jusqu’à présent) et reviendrai c’est certain !

I had a great time staying at this Airbnb. The self check-in process was easy and hassle-free, which made arrival smooth. I worked remotely during my stay, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, with no issues at all. The location is about 30 minutes from downtown, but public transportation is convenient and the buses run smoothly. The neighborhood itself was quiet and felt safe. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. They also provided a guidebook with local recommendations, which came in handy during my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Predivan boravak u Zenijinom prelepom stanu. Komunikacija sa Zenijom i Tanjom je bila odlična, a prijava jednostavna. Veoma smo zahvalni i na obezbeđnom parking mestu u garaži odmah preko puta zgrade. Sve preporuke za ovaj smeštaj.

The location is good 10 min from the center if you have a car. The apartment is clean and modern The only downy is that the light in the apartment is a bit low because it is surrounded by buildings. Really recommend

Spent 5 nights here, had a great time. We walked everywhere and found it really easy to get around. Kypseli was fun to explore and had lots of good places to eat. Vlasios's apartment is lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. Although the entrance is on a busy street, you can't hear noise from inside. We would stay again!

The host went above and beyond in greeting us at the studio. She provided us with two metro tickets free of charge plus some drinks in the fridge. Everything was very tidy and neat. It’s a very small space but can not complain really. In a good area and way to get around.

Die Wohnung ist echt top, wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt :) Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt & alles sehr sauber! Zur Innenstadt braucht man etwa 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß, oder man fährt zwei Stationen mit der Bahn. Marilora hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet & ist sehr zuverlässig. Wärmstens zu empfehlen! This is a fantastic Airbnb in Athens, which I will strongly recommend it. The location is superb as it is literally within minutes to the nearest metro station - Victoria. The surroundings are not too busy, but yet have few good local restaurants and a mini market. The responsiveness of the hosts and the protectiveness in helping us to address our queries made the whole extra pleasant. I will definitely give it a 5/5 rating for this stay :)

This place was cosy and calming. I wish we had more time in the apartment! I will definitely be coming back and staying here again x

Όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό, σε ωραία περιοχή με αρκετά μαγαζιά τριγύρω. Ο Θεόφιλος ήταν βοηθητικός, φιλόξενος και πάντα άμεσα διαθέσιμος.

I stayed for two whole months. All in all, I liked the flat and the area. It can be a bit noisy (best to sleep with earplugs, as I did) but it’s part of the charm of the Fokionos Negri area. Lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets. Different bus lines to go downtown. Maybe some pieces of furniture could be changed, as well as some kitchen utensils, and the WiFi connection could be better, but I can surely recommend the place!

Sotiris’ place was great. Super clean and had all the amenities to make it feel like a home while travelling. Even the little touches were really appreciated. Only a short walk to Psirri. Thanks Sotiris for accommodating us and would recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment was great for our stay! It is very modern, the bathroom and the bed are the highlights, very clean and comfortable. We only stayed for one night but it was a great place and Gerasimos was always helpful, e.g. for ordering a taxi for us when we left. Would gladly stay at this place again.

Le logement est comme sur les photos, et très pratique! Il est très bien situé et le centre est accessible très facilement grâce au bus ou au métro. Je recommande à 100%.

Unreal. The most amazing place that we’ve had the chance to stay in absolutely loved it. It’s literally breathtaking and the hot tub with the view is a vibe. The view from this apartment may even be better than a lot of the best rooftop bars in Athens. Gina was awesome ❤️ She’s extremely helpful, kind, and she made an already awesome stay even better with her welcoming personality. Not enough great things can be said about this place we loved our stay I would highly recommend the place to everyone.

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

It is quite a rare occasion at this point to find a place in Athens that truly enriches your stay. This is one of those few remaining places where you get to immerse yourself in another person‘s place and life for a bit. The kitchen, library, balcony and living room took me back to summers in my family’s place in Athens - a liminal experience between nostalgia and novelty. Meeting the host in person was also a highlight of the stay. Thank you Iason!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!
