Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kypseli, Athens

A lovely place to stay when you are in Athens! Perhaps a bit further away from the 'tourist centre', but therefore so pleasant. After a day full of impressions it was wonderful to 'come home'. And what was so wonderful: you didn't have to leave the neighbourhood in the evening! In the immediate vicinity there are many nice restaurants, trendy coffee bars on the nicest squares. Lively and in the middle of the daily life of the inhabitants! The apartment is beautiful, quietly located and is equipped with everything you need. The building beautifully renovated. The only thing is that we are still curious about the other 2 apartments! The shop/studio/workshop of Stravoela is around the corner and if you have even a small question, they are ready for you. Top!

The apartment was as expected, top notch and beautifully finished with many amenities not always found in an AirBnB. If I may suggest, a small bottle of water and a few sachets of coffee will make the stay great for late night arrivals like myself, otherwise can't complain.

Easy, clean, central, private, and safe. A great place to have as a home base in the Exarchia neighborhood. Host was fantastic and responsive! Really paid attention to the small details. For example, in the bathroom, there are plenty of hooks, counter space, instant hot water, and a bidet attachment (unexpected plus!). Lots of outlets and closet place, good lighting in all rooms, and fast wifi. Great amenities in the apartment overall and well laid out.

Our stay in Athens was fantastic, and this Airbnb really enhanced the experience. It’s in a great location — easily accessible from the train, which made getting there super convenient. The host was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, even providing photos that made finding the place so much easier. The apartment is close to all the trendy shops and just a short, scenic walk to the Acropolis, with some amazing restaurants and cafes along the way. We especially appreciated the small touches — like the water bottles waiting for us in the room and the cozy robe provided for our stay. It was a comfortable, welcoming place to return to after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Athens!

Alexandros' apartment is great, pleasant, spacious, charming apartment. Thank you Bella for the welcome, a charming and kind woman. The kitchen is equipped, shower with bathtub and hot water with a very good flow. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious living room. The mattresses were not very comfortable, otherwise the apartment is beautiful and wonderful. The location is a 12-minute walk to the metro, there are shops nearby and a bakery nearby. Walking at night on a street other than the main one is a little less comfortable with children.

The apartment was well equipped and perfect for a group to feel at home together. The location is great and allows you to get quickly to the center, passing by many local hot spots! Claus was very helpful and provided all needed informations ahead arrival and departure.

We stayed here for two nights and we absolutely loved it! Location is perfect—just about a 15-ish minute walk or less to amazing restaurants, the acropolis/Parthenon, and public transportation if needed. Amazing 360 views of Athens on the terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or coffee to relax. The AirBnb was super clean and had almost everything you need. We highly, highly, highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!!

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It’s a lovely large flat with all antique furniture and decorated with fine art, rugs, and decorative items mostly made of silver glass. It was very pleasant to spend the week here and we enjoyed the small balcony off the bedroom that looks out on an internal garden. The apartment doesn’t get much direct sunlight so we needed the lights on during the daytime, but there was plenty of lamps and overhead lighting so it wasnt dark. The bathroom is a large size and it also has a washer and tumble dryer. The down side was that the checkin was time consuming. I had to sign a sign a lease and an inventory of the items present. The inventory was 60+ items long and not all of it was straightforward to identify. Some items on the inventory were missing so I had to contact the host. She said I had been given the old inventory and to cross out the missing items. The inventory also declared everything was in perfect condition which I had to also cross out.

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we felt as comfortable as if we were in our own home. There is a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. It's very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a little welcome drink for us. The house had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

Cozy and luxurious stay. Easy access to the metro nearby to see Athens. As well as small but vibrant social areas and restaurants nearby. Host was exceptional, attentive to our every need as they arose. Nice guy.

Our stay was great! The hosts were excellent and always responsive. The location was really close to the metro station and close to restuarants and several super markets. We appreciated that the hosts were flexible and allowed is to check-in early. We had a ton of luggage and it would be hard to carry around. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

We had a wonderful stay in Athens at Irene’s place. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfy bed and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. It was in a great neighborhood, within walking distance of the Plaka district and the Acropolis. Irene was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend her apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Athens.

My son and I had two nights at Constantines place. He was very approachable and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment before checking in and once it was ready for us his cleaner kindly texted us that it was ready. Constantine gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the taxi driver he recommended, Spartacus, and also a local cafe Loukas which was excellent. It’s a nice neighbourhood, we visited the Greek War Museum and were able to walk there in under 5 minutes, it’s also close to the Metro. The apartment itself wants for nothing- it’s got all mod cons, is very comfortable, lovely balcony, blackout blinds, great decor and Constantine has thought of everything. Delighted with our stay, wish it could have been longer- but hopefully we will be back, and highly recommend!

Oresti’s place was wonderful. Extremely convenient and comfortable. The only complaint I can find is, as an American, having washcloths would have been nice and it took us a few minutes to find the cupboards with the dishes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends, family and clients
