Separate room, for one person, in a duplex apartment, very well lit, near the large Madrid Río park, with good metro and bus service a few meters away. The atmosphere you will find will be totally friendly and familiar. Breakfast is included, consisting of coffee or tea and toast. Cooking is NOT allowed. You can heat up whatever you need. Visitors and parties are not allowed. Room and bathroom are rented, the rest of the house is for private use.

-- It's a relaxed and quiet place since the rest hours of the apartment are from 00 to 10 am more or less..... and the building approximately the same. There is a bathroom but it is only shared with me and my girl who comes from time to time ...
