Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Alpujarra

The house is a delight and Pitres has everything you could need. We didn't have a car and wanted for nothing. The house is spotless and the kitchen is well equipped. The house doesn't have central heating but the woodburner kept us warm and cosy. Guadalupe was so helpful and kind and we felt really welcome and at home. Highly recommend

We had a great time a Guillermo and Alehandra's place. It has a lot of character and everything we needed for our stay. The house is situated in central location, walking distance to the centre of town with plenty to explore in the local area and walking distance to Sacremento and the Alhambra if you don't mind walking up the hill! The top patio has the most amazing view of the Alhambra, which is particularly beautiful in the evening. Thankyou Guillermo and Alehandra for a great stay we loved Granada and spending a week at your air bnb made it a fantastic visit.

We spent a week in Nadia's cottage and we liked it very much. It is quiet and the garden is beautiful. A real oasis to rest and recharge. Nadia is very friendly, courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended for people who simply want peace and quiet, without much action and nightlife, but enjoy hiking and exploring the rugged beauty of the Sierra Nevada. It was perfect for us! A beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting! Enjoy the view from the pool every day. Anything you need is present. Robert was a very friendly host who responded quickly. The route to the cottage is challenging, but it's worth it :)

The house was amazing - spotless, comfortable beds, very clean throughout, very useful washer and dryer, and the AC was great - nice and cool. Our host Monica was very quick to respond to any questions and was able to lower the AC temp at my request remotely on her phone app (the minimum was set at 23 but I wanted it colder). The view of the Alhambra from the rooftop terrace was a million bucks. We could see the terrace from the Alhambra as well. The house is just steps away from restaurants, groceries and lots of touristy shops. We arrived from a super fancy hotel in Sevilla but felt right at home here. It was great to have so much space for our family of 4 to be together, and also be able to retreat to our separate bedrooms for some peace as well. And the washer and dryer were in a separate room - lots of other places have just a washer, often in the kitchen. That let us pack a lot less which can’t be underestimated. Everything about this house and host was perfect.

The villa is well situated on the outskirts of Las Negras in a great setting. The house is nicely designed with some interesting features. There is ample space (and in our case unused areas) and the outdoors amongst the local mountains felt both private and open. The village is close by with all required amenities and the location is ideal to explore the stunning Cabo de Gata area. We had no use for them, but with several options for cinema/projections, I would suggest bring a VGA/HDMI appliance to maximise film watching options. Would definitely recommend.

What a gem! If this property is available, book it and stay as long as you can! While the photos are great online, it is even better in person. Peaceful. Beautiful walks. Comfortable. Fully equipped. The gardens and plunge pool were amazing. Nick was an amazing host. We've traveled extensively with AirBNB and Nick is one of the best hosts we have ever had. He gave amazing restaurant and hiking recommendations and was very responsive. 10 out of 10. One of the best properties we have stayed at!

This house is nestled near the top of a hill and offer marvelous views of the bay and beach of La Herradura. The house offers great rooms and plenty of space to share. The pool and deck offer a great place to relax and enjoy the views. Victor is a great host and provided great communication and suggestions of things to explore locally.

Quirky apartment, like a ski loft, in the old town with a balcony with great views over the city. Not far from the Alhambra and very close to the best view of the Alhambra especially as the sun goes down. Easy to get round on the 32 bus. The apartment was very clean and Renato a great host , also thanks to Cynthia.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s apartment. It was comfortable, clean and accessible to many sites and restaurants. The view is better than he describes it!

What a beautiful apartment! As per the photos it is just gorgeous. The location is fabulous, central to everything. We walked to The Alhambra and even to a Flamenco show in Sacromonte. Absolutely everything is walkable and once you get your bearings you realise how close everything really is. We dealt with Estela during our stay and she was super helpful with suggestions, directions and communication. We were very happy with our decision to stay there. The front bedroom can be a little noisy at night as the street below is very lively and the Spanish dine and socialize very late. If you are a light sleeper, take earplugs . The bedroom at the back is extremely quiet.

Very beautiful homestay, the host is very nice, gave us a clear and concise tour.We spent two pleasant nights here, the room was cozy and elegant, full of Spanish characteristics, and the restaurant recommended by the host was also very delicious.I would definitely recommend this listing!

The apartment is in a wonderful location with beautiful views, as the photos show, and that is what makes the place truly special. It is comfortable and spacious, and we used all of the areas - living room for games, kitchen for cooking, deck for dinner, and terrace for swimming and relaxing. Having the apartment connected to a hotel with reception was helpful and the staff provided timely information and were very friendly. My only advice is to understand the streets and the parking if you are driving. You are truly in the old part of the city so don’t rent a car that is too big. The hosts were very helpful with this.

Stayed here while hiking in the national park and visiting Granada, completely loved the place! Beautiful setting in the mountains, comfortable beds, very clean, and a pool to swim after our hikes! Only issue we had was getting stuck behind a herd of goats that made us slightly late for dinner, but the funny story was well worth it.

In the Albaicin area, there are treasures in countless charming alleys, taxis can not drive to the door of the house, about 100 meters, C32 and C30 buses can be found on a walk of more than 300 meters, easy access to the Alhambra Palace, and a walk of about 500 meters to the San Nicolas Observation Deck to see the beautiful sunset.Slightly lively at night but acceptable.The roof terrace of the property is very nice to sit quietly and watch the Alhambra sunsets.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and very clean. We felt right at home. The view of the sea was magnificent. Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken, but the hostess recommended a laundry and reimbursed us the costs. Due to the location by the sea, there were unfortunately many mosquitoes that had haunted us every night despite the mosquito spray in the apartment. Construction is currently underway in front of the residential complex. From 7 a.m. we had construction noise. Unfortunately, the towels smelled musty after the first use, but otherwise we were very satisfied and would come back at any time.

This is a lovely place to stay ,great location to the shops and 3 mins from the beach ,supermarket on your door step. Highly recommend!

The treatment with Carlos is unbeatable, which is pending at all times, the apartment exactly as in the photos and everything clean and impeccable, I have no doubt that we will repeat with him!

I really liked the apartment and the owner Pavel was always in touch. Clean, beautiful and with a great view. Convenient location, close to a large supermarket and bus stops. Very pleasant and hospitable owner, for which we thank him very much.

We had an excellent stay at Ivan's place. The building is beautiful and the rooms had lots of small and interesting Arabic and traditional elements. Also the bed was very comfy and his cats were a plus ;) All amenities were provided that were required for a 3-day stay. Although there were some stairs to climb, the apartment was easy to reach for us and within a 10 minute walk, we could reach the city center. Ivan was very nice and we managed to communicate with basic English and Spanish. Would very much recommend!

If you have the opportunity to stay at this property, do it! Location cannot be beat. Gorgeous views of Alhambra. It was SO QUIET too. Absolutely a perfect home-base to explore all of Granada!

The place is excellent and the apartment is excellent. One thing I really felt was not having a charging point for an electric car, a simple outlet in the garage pillar would solve the issue. Here's the tip! Voltaria fácil!
