We've had a spectacular week. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and complete. It is very well equipped that makes you feel at home. It's really to be recommended. Luckily this week we passed it didn't get so hot and with the fans it offers, it's very good! Thank you very much for everything Surely we will repeat again.

We had a fantastic stay at Jose's place. We were kindly welcomed in a beautiful house with everything. Clean beds and a lovely pool. The house is a 10-minute walk from the beach and the cozy village. We had a wonderful vacation, thank you Jose!

Ivan was a great host. If you are looking for an interesting and unusual place to stay in Valencia, Molino Real ticks all the boxes. Its design is on a grand scale. There cannot be many apartments that come with their own private rooftop swimming pool!

We were 3 couples with children and a couple of dogs. El lugar es ideal para mascotas. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The village is below, on the slope, but it is not far and nearby there is a stream, a children's playground and a beautiful hermitage that is reached on a walk. In the center of the village it is better to go by car, because it is on the slope, but very close there is a restaurant to have a drink or eat. Lluís and M. José were very attentive and we talked about repeating. Highly recommended.

We were 10 adults and two dogs. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. There were a lot of basic things like toilet paper, paper napkins, hand and dish soap, ballets, kitchen cloths. They don't always meet. Recommended to enjoy the Delta.

We had a perfect holiday at Joan and Rebecca's house. They were lovely hosts and met us for arrival and check out. We chose their house because we needed a quiet, private place for our family to relax and spend quality time together and it was exactly what we got. The outdoor space was gorgeous and functional. Given the choice, we could have stayed forever! Thank you Joan and Rebeca!! Until next time...

large, clean and beautiful villa with pool and massive garden. feels very authentically spanish which added to the experience. easily walkable to L'Eliana. kitchen was well stocked with large fridge and coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and iron. pool is a great size and temperature. there is a large barbeque (however we didnt use it). bedrooms are big and clean. air con in bedrooms. bathrooms also large and clean. lots of space indoors and outdoors for a whole group to sit. it's about 10-15min walk to town (there is a cut through at the end of the road which really shortens the trip but doesn't show up on Google maps). 20min walk to supermarket. metro station right next door (but doesn't have a machine for you to purchase tickets). garden looks out onto an expanse of lovely citrus trees.

We had a great 8 days, the house has broadly met our goal, enjoy the family: we have lived together 6 adults, a girl and two babies. The outdoor space has several possibilities and is very pleasant, it manages to maintain a very comfortable temperature that with the help of the pool makes the stacia cool and relaxed, we have spent the hottest week of summer there and we have barely noticed the heat. The inside of the home was clean and has everything you need. To highlight the kindness and availability of the owner who was attentive to us throughout the stay. Highly recommended.

The house and garden are perfect for spending time with friends and family. The kids had a great time playing and the whole place is really safe. It is an old house but everything is comfortable and well equipped.

The exceptional location, two or three minutes walk from the Mijares, the very large house, large garden, pool, the well-equipped house with everything you need. Very pleasant stay. We will definitely repeat.

I had a lovely stay at Laura’s place. The house is exactly as described and the areas around Xilxes have many great things to explore. It was very peaceful and the communication with Laura was perfect. The house has an amazing ocean view and you could even hear the waves at night as it’s located directly on the beach front. The kitchen had everything you need and the WiFi was working good, also for working remotely. It was still cold somedays in April but the heating worked good. Laura gave many tips about things to do in the area. I can warmly recommend a stay at Lauras house to anyone! Thanks for the relaxing holiday.

Carlos' house was just great for us with our two children. The beach access makes it particularly attractive and the garden with (play)meadow was perfect for our needs. You have everything you need on vacation and we were really completely satisfied and will certainly come back!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alejandro’s beach house. The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Right across from the beach and a close walk to the little village. With Valencia about 30 minutes away for day trips. Alejandro made us feel at home and even brought us oranges from his mother’s garden. Fantastic.

The house in the listing did not have a pool, so when we arrived we had a very good surprise: there was a pool!We have made it open and the accommodation and our stay are very much better! In addition, there is a parking space for 2 cars. Well connected and spacious.

A nice and quiet place to rest and spend time with the family, the beach is next door with a nice walk.

Everything was perfect. Juan Carlos was very attentive and quick with everything. The house is incredible, spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a good location. I recommend it 100%
