Holiday rentals with beach access in La Bocca, Cannes

Everything is super good, the room is very thoughtful with water and plenty of coffee and tea, very thoughtful. Cons: The toilet flushing is not good, the sofa bed is not easy to operate, or maybe I didn't find the trick.

Alexandra was simply the best host! She was responsive, professional, and her air bnb was clean and in a stunning location. She is so friendly and kind and really made our honeymoon so wonderful and special!!

True gem! This is a wonderful and peaceful place to stay. If only I arrived earlier I would’ve stayed even longer. Looks even better than the photos and has so much charm and appeal. Will definitely come back for my next trip and can’t wait to do it all over again.

Really cozy, clean apartment in a nice location. The balcony is just wonderful and the swimming pool is clean. The apartment has everything you need. The sea is right next door, as well as restaurants, and there is a bus to the center of Cannes in front of the apartment. We fit well as a family of four in the apartment. We recommend it!

We stayed in this lovely apartment for nine days and really enjoyed it. There are lots of pros and just a couple of drawbacks. The best things: 1. Light, spacious and a fantastic view. We loved the huge terrace. 2. Proximity to transport links. This was even better than expected. The bus stop is right outside the apartment block, and the train station is only a few minutes walk away. Drawbacks: 1. The main issue for us was the lack of clear instructions in English. The check-in video is not useful unless you speak French. It was tricky for us to figure out how to get in through the front gate and we had to have a number of back-and-forth messages with Françoise. A detailed House instruction booklet would be great. 2. It’s quite noisy at peak commuter times. The view is amazing but overlooks the Trainline and busy road. It didn’t bother us too much, but you should be aware of it. 3. Hot water takes a long time to come through and it is not clear which way the tap handles go.

Had a nice stay at Veronique. Cottage was neatly clean. Wonderful view on the harbour. Nice restaurants are within walking distance. Communication with Veronique went well, always responded very quickly.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠(｀ω´*).

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and welcoming, Régine was very good at welcoming us and even advised us what to do in the area, I recommend without hesitation. 😊

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

A huge thank you for a wonderful stay! The apartment is a real little corner of paradise: facing the sea, quiet, beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. Everything is designed to make you feel good... and it's a success! Parking space is a real plus too. We leave rested, smiling... and a little sad to have to leave this little piece of happiness. Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Very comfortable accommodation. From the truth it is nicer than the photos. Small, perfect for a couple 2 up to 3 people if family. There were three of us, the little girl was very happy.

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

The apartment is in a great neighborhood lots of restaurants and shops very walkable to everything. Very close to the harbor and beach clubs.

François is a great host, my flight was unfortunately delayed and François was flexible and waited for me. The accommodation is totally central, right at the train station and was exactly as described. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cannes. I didn't spend much time in the accommodation itself, but it is very well equipped and has everything you need. The bed was also very comfortable for a sofa bed. François was always available.
