Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Bocca, Cannes

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

É stato davvero bello essere ospiti di Veronique. La casa é graziosa e accogliente, con tutto il necessario. Ha una bella terrazza vista mare. Si raggiungono due spiagge a piedi, il mare é bello e il posto molto tranquillo. Veronique ci ha accolte e fatto sentire le benvenute. Torneremo sicuramente da lei la prossima volta!

Sandra und Mauro sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir fühlten uns direkt aufgehoben. Einen besseren Check in kann man sich garnicht vorstellen. Wir wurden empfangen,uns wurde alles erklärt und wir fühlten uns aufgehoben und sicher. Sandras und Mauros Gastfreundschaft ist wirklich super gewesen. Die Zimmer waren alle sauber, man hatte alles was man brauchte und und die Aussicht von der Terasse ist überwältigend!

Un très bel accueil des hôtes et des instructions clairs et utiles ! La maison est un très bon rapport qualité/prix car il se trouve à proximité du centre ville en transport et la maison est bien agencée et propre ! Idéal pour se rassembler entres amis (dans notre cas pour un EVJF). Merci à eux !

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Lage war super um zu entspannen aber auch um Unternehmungen zu machen. Dafür haben die Gastgeber viele gute Tipps. Die Wohnung war richtig schön einfach zum wohlfühlen. Danke!

Nous avons séjourné 6 jours dans ce super endroit. Très joli studio bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Le petit jardin avec terrasse et le parking devant la maison étaient un plus. Les propriétaires sont adorables et à l'écoute. L'emplacement est idéal et le bus nous permet de descendre sur Cannes en 15 m. Nous recommendons cet endroit sans problème tellement nous y étions bien. Nous reviendrons. Merci beaucoup pour cet apéro partagé avec vous.

Due to a flight delay, I arrived a little later than planned, but Yvette was kindly waiting for me in front of the entrance. I don’t understand French, but thanks to her kind explanations with gestures, I was able to quickly understand how to use everything in the room. The residence is easy to access, and the surrounding area is quiet, with a bus stop and train station nearby. Since it’s a studio apartment, the space is not particularly large. However, everything I needed was within easy reach, thoughtfully arranged to be convenient for travelers, and I was able to spend my time there in great comfort. I also made good progress with my work. This perfect room reminded me of the studio I lived in when I was a University student, and I felt a wave of nostalgia.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maurice, qui nous a accueilli avec d’agréables attentions ( bouteilles d’eau fraîches, bouteille de rosé,…) L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description Tout est fait pour que l’on s’y sente bien dès notre arrivée Sa situation géographique est idéale, que se soit pour se balader dans la région, aller à la plage ou faire des courses (bus, TER, marché,…) Le plus, la climatisation mobile et les ventilateurs, bien nécessaires en été Encore merci Maurice !

Très bel appartement dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue. Liana est très accueillante et conciliante. Je recommande vivement

Excellent small appartement with a sea view and balcony! Perfect for our family of three! The walk to the sea is only about three to five minutes and there is a great tunnel to get there! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/dishes. And the washing machine worked great and was a must for us.

Our stay was great! My fiancé and I stayed here leading up to our wedding before checking in to our hotel. It was spacious and easy to access. Also, the designated parking spot was really helpful as we ended up renting a car. It was very quiet at night and there are automated blackout shades throughout the entire apartment. Typhaine and Rose were extremely helpful in checking us in, checking us out, and getting us what we needed during our stay (fan, toilet paper, etc.). Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay!

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil vraiment chaleureux ! Malgré notre arrivée très tardive, ils ont été d’une grande gentillesse et très compréhensifs. Le logement était impeccable, très propre et confortable, et on a adoré sa proximité avec la mer. On s’y est sentis comme chez nous. Une belle adresse qu’on recommande les yeux fermés, et où on reviendra avec plaisir !

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Nicolas, Caroline et leur fille, dont les petites attentions nous ont particulièrement touchés. L’appartement, très fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé, nous a permis de nous sentir immédiatement comme chez nous. Les points forts : la vue sur la mer, la piscine, le parking privé, la climatisation, la cuisine équipée, le lave-linge ... Un grand merci pour tout ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Corinne and Sebastien have put together a spectacular Cote d’Azur get-away. We LOVED the view, the sounds of children at the beach just across the road, and early morning swims in the turquoise Mediterranean waters. Perfect! Merci!

Si vous cherchez un logement à Cannes la Bocca n’hésitez plus. Très facile d’accès et très bon emplacement (à 5minutes de la plage et ça on adore) Logement très propre et bien meublé, Charline a été très claire dans ses instructions pour notre arrivée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Pour avoir séjourné plusieurs fois à Cannes la Bocca c’est de loin le meilleur logement que j’ai pu faire car il est très propre, très grand, bien placé et très bon rapport qualité prix!! Ce fut 3 semaines magnifiques. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir c’est certain. Merci encore.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Breathtaking view in a such a beautiful property. Super clean. Renovated and very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful building with private parking is a plus. Beds very comfortable. Waking up to a dreamy view was heavenly. Just could not get enough! Alexandra is super sweet and kind. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. Location so central and like 8-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and all the happenings in tgr old town and the famous shoppings streets. . Anyone would fall in love with this place! Can’t go wrong! Highly recommend Alexandra’s stunning apartment.
