Waterfront holiday rentals in La Bocca, Cannes

Daisy and her dad George were great. Communication was easy and prompt and everything was lovely. The apartment was very comfortable and bright, with an amazing sea view, and well equipped. If you leave the window/door open during the night it gets a bit noisy, but if you don't mind air conditioning, you can close the slide door and then you don't hear anything at all. There is underground parking provided. The beach is just across the road, and it took us about 20 walking into the city. Check-out also worked well. Thank you to Daisy and George!

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Anissa was the best host I’ve ever met. And I mean it. Place was marvelous. It was visible that Anissa put her whole heart to arrange and decorate it including small details. View from balcony is amazing. Delicious restaurants downstairs. Everything was perfectly clean and equipped beyond expectations. During my stay Anissa was also making sure if I need anything or is everything ok. I totally recommend her as a host and place. It’s a guarantee of having a great time in Cannes. It literally felt like home. And quality of sleep. OMG! Finally I got proper sleep. 🫠 I was sad I had to leave cuz would love to stay longer. Way longer. Thank you Anissa for everything. You’re the best!

We had a wonderful stay in Cannes! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, stylish, and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Camille was a great host. She was accommodating, friendly, and greeted us herself. It can be very stressful when checking into airbnbs, yet Camille made the process smooth and easy. She personally greeted us which made the process very comfortable. We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The place was spotless — super clean and well-maintained. The actual space was ever better than the photos. We were shocked when we walked in. The space is huge, clean, and nicely designed. The host clearly puts a lot of care into the space. The location was also perfect! There were so many things to do nearby — great restaurants, local shops, and fun attractions within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and right across the street. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a clean place with tons to do nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage. Angenehme Atmosphäre in Haus und Garten. Durch die zwei Stockwerke können unterschiedliche Perspektiven auf das Meer eingenommen werden. Keine Geräusche der nahen Küstenstrasse. Der Esstisch im Innenraum ähnelt einem Campingtisch (wackelt), ebenso die dazugehörenden Barhocker.

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

Un très bel accueil des hôtes et des instructions clairs et utiles ! La maison est un très bon rapport qualité/prix car il se trouve à proximité du centre ville en transport et la maison est bien agencée et propre ! Idéal pour se rassembler entres amis (dans notre cas pour un EVJF). Merci à eux !

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

It’s rare that somewhere that looks amazing lives up to the hype! Maison Regina does! Big time! From being met at our cab there ( you’ll be walking in if it’s after 1pm as pedestrianised) by the managing agent Alice, and given the lowdown on how everything worked, to the utter fabulousness of our home for the next 2 weeks. The house was larger than we expected, those town houses look teeny from outside, to the appointments-strong hot showers, tv that’s a moving picture gallery, nespresso machine so good I’ve just bought the same model for my home, to the aircon that I’m not normally a fan of but a bonus in hot weather. The roof terrace is the star! We had meals there looking out to sea at the moored superyachts and sailing regattas from morn to dusk, counted the EasyJet planes coming in every few minutes ( not a disruptive noise) and gave names to the friendly local seagulls. Magic! And 200 restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Perfekte Lage direkt am Meer. Appartement gut ausgestattet mit Balkon, Kühlschrank, schöner Dusche etc. Kleiner Negativpunkt: Schlafsofa nicht sonderlich bequem, zu wenig Toil.Papier.

Alloggio molto confortevole. Dal vero è più bello che dalle foto. Piccolino, perfetto per una coppia 2 massimo 3 persone se famiglia. Noi eravamo in tre, la bambina è stata molto contenta.

This gem of a condo is set to the west of the city center which turned out to be a safe haven from the bustle of Cannes Lions. Wendy’s housekeeper met me at the condo building to let me in. And Wendy and the housekeeper were responsive and helpful for two minor issues: replacing a battery in the remote for the air con and replacing a broken Nespresso machine. The condo is a studio perfect for a single and enough room for two people. It has a balcony looking at the Mediterranean, which is an amazing view and helps you relax. Tip: the condo is on the bus line 22, and the bus stop (Cannes-Midi) is in front of the building. It runs 2x/hour so definitely plan to use it to go to the town center (the line ends at the train station, Gare de Cannes). I stayed here for a week and I’d stay here again!

Äußerst fantastisch - wir waren so happy in der Wohnung von Kerstin zu sein. Hier ist einfach alles durchdacht, blitzsauber, liebevoll hergerichtet, mit Charme & Herz das spürt man sofort. Die Wohnung ist makellos, die Lage traumhaft, Öffis, Restaurants, Altstadt alles zu Fuss wunderbar erreichbar. VeloStation, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Cafe, Strand -alles direkt vor der Haustüre. Parken in der Haltezone vor dem Haus ganz easy. Vom Kinderspielzeug, über Büroutensilien, traumhafte Küchenausstattung, Nespreso Maschine, Eiswürfelmaschine, Fotoaccessoires, Einkaufstrolly, Waschmaschine + Wäschetrockner … es ist einfach wirklich alles da. Kerstin hat an alles gedacht 🥰. Wir fühlten uns wie daheim. Alle Empfehlungen von Kerstin zu den Restaurants sind super, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Besonders nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit ist auch Anna beim Check In. Danke vielmals.

We had a fantastic time at this absolute lovely apartment. The location is perfect, with the beach and numerous restaurants right out the front doors to the building. The apartment itself could not be nicer. The views are out of this world. And the living space is clean and inviting. Finally, the host was very responsive and even kindly let us check in early. Great time all around.

Logement conforme au descriptif. Une vue magnifique qui permet de profiter pleinement de la terrasse. Équipements à disposition : parasol, sièges de plage. Nespresso très appréciée pour un bon café au réveil pour le petit déjeuner en terrasse ! Tout était parfait. Merci pour l'accueil, la disponibilité et les conseils. Nous reviendrons !
