We had a great time! The place is quiet, peaceful and also easy to access. The accommodation is clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor amenities are exceptional, there is really everything you need to have a nice stay! Host is available and responsive. He lives nearby but fully respects the privacy of the tenants. I would highly recommend this listing!

A wonderful place with all the necessary amenities. Quiet environment, but close to towns (Polliat, Bourg and Bresse) for excursions. Jean is a super friendly host who makes the stay even more enjoyable than it already is. Recommended!

William, thank you for letting us use your house. We had a wonderful time, but that was already evident from the extra night we wanted to stay. We are still enjoying the house and the surroundings and tomorrow, 10:00 a.m., we will unfortunately be leaving. Definitely recommended or a reason to come back

Nicolas was very welcoming in allowing us to access the accommodation earlier. The pool and jacuzzi are enjoyable in this summer period. The place has a crazy charm. However, beware of neighbors who cannot tolerate the slightest noise.

Short stay, but excellent! Beautiful little house tastefully installed in a very well maintained green setting and beautiful swimming pool available. Friendly and available hosts. We can only recommend this place.

Excellent cottage! Large, clean, functional, very well equipped (up to the ice machine!). The cottage is beautifully decorated and renovated, new with the charm of the old, stone, wood, parquet. Too beautiful! Very large indoor and outdoor tables, perfect for convivial meals. Bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets, each with its own privacy. Large parking, gated community, easy access. Be careful, there are a lot of stairs. the pool, the terrace, the petanque court, we didn't even want to go out and had a great weekend! Thanks

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

We had a pleasant stay in peace and serenity. The place and especially the garden are beautiful! Although there are houses around, you quickly feel like a private place just for yourself. The quality of the services (coffee, drinks), the beauty of the apartment and Cyril's kindness to us were worth a visit. He even alerted us to forget to close our vehicle window in pouring rain! We recommend this place where you quickly forget that it is located in the city center!

Éric and Stefy are very friendly and caring. We had a pleasant stay in their accommodation and if we were to come back to the area, it is a certainty, we will come back to their home. We came as a group of 4 for a night in Lyon following a concert. Lionnel and his wife were very responsive and very flexible with arrival times. Lionnel allowed us to come earlier, and with the road we arrived even earlier than expected: his wife still received us. We were wonderfully welcomed: cherries from the garden, homemade marble cake, bottles of water in the fridge. And of course, the kindness and friendliness of Lionnel's wife. As his wife wished, we felt at home. The accommodation was very well arranged, breakfast on the small terrace with the sun was very pleasant. We would like to thank Lionnel's wife for her kindness, friendliness and generosity. Thanks also to Lionnel for his responsiveness and availability. I highly recommend this listing! What is certain is that I will return for my next stay in Lyon.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the house. It has been beautifully and comfortably renovated with robust materials and it is enormously spacious. We only stayed 1 night because we were passing through to the Netherlands and used the BBQ on the terrace next to the kitchen. Everything is complete. The kitchen is well equipped with BBQ tools and basic necessities such as coffee, oil, salt, etc. The bed was too hard for me, but that's personal. The next day we walked to Pérouges, a very nice medieval village. We were allowed to leave the car with all our camping gear in the enclosed courtyard after we checked out, which was very nice. We had a wonderful time in this charming little house. It’s located in a beautiful setting with stunning views of Mont Brouilly and surrounded by vineyards – a perfect base for exploring the Beaujolais region and it's delicious wines. The house is small but very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. We felt very welcome thanks to the warm hospitality and great care from our host. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, which can be enjoyed outside on sunny days, taking in the peace and serenity of the place – and maybe in the good company of the friendly dog :)

A warm and very friendly welcome. Corinne and her husband are very kind. Both discreet but very available to answer our questions and give us all the necessary information (walks, sights, restaurants), so that our stay is as good as possible. The cottage corresponded perfectly to the description and we really enjoyed the quiet, the charm of this old press with its beautiful plane tree and the great freshness of the accommodation despite the high temperatures. We would highly recommend it.

We had a great family weekend for my cousin's 40th birthday. Cathy and her husband were very accommodating with the check-in and check-out times and welcomed us very warmly. The villa is sublime and fully equipped. We had everything we needed to have fun (swimming pool and inflatable buoys, darts, foosball, petanque, ping-pong, including the digestive walk in the garden with baby turtles or a nap on the catamaran nets). Congratulations to them for this incredible renovation (I enjoyed the anecdotes). The rooms were comfortable, no need to bring back either the sheets or the towels, our hosts take to heart the comfort of their visitors. Overall, the house was clean, with such a large area, the cleaning must be athletic. Small point to improve (because I am very allergic): it is precisely the dust and the hairs of the cats. Thanks again for everything!

It's close to perfection, everything is very well designed for a 4-night business trip. The accommodation is impeccable, the equipment is state-of-the-art and functional, the layout is pragmatic, the shower and bathroom are excellent, as are the kitchen and the openings. The TV is recent and a good size, it is very well built and quite contemporary. This is exactly the kind of accommodation that should not be praised on the platform if we want to be able to return! David is also super welcoming, adapts to the arrival and departure time and anticipates needs. The environment is peaceful and even if the other houses are not far away, the neighbors are rather discreet. For me is a 20/20!
