Welcome to my small cottage (bottom of the 26 m2 chalet on the ground floor) at 1100 m altitude located next to the equestrian center of St Geniez and in the middle of beautiful landscapes (geological reserve of the Alpes de Haute Provence, UNESCO site) with the immediate possibility of hiking, horseback riding, geological, mountain biking, paragliding or climbing... As for ping pong, barbecue, petanque, bikes, hammock and deckchairs, that's in the garden! Local producers and river not far from the cottage.

The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

We imagined this small independent accommodation like the rest of our house, with noble materials (wood, earth coatings, green roof) and with a concern for saving resources (green energy, rainwater recovery). Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

The area is full of great places to discover for families or groups of friends. For your pleasure, pets are allowed at no extra charge! You'll even have access to a free dog working lot.
