Two 42" flat screen TVs with cable And a side "cul de sac" to park the car. Small pets are welcome. Young groups are NOT accepted

Beachfront apartment in the best area of Mar del Plata and with great ocean views from all areas, fully equipped. The apartment has two LED TVs (one SmartTV). Cable and Wi-Fi. New dishes. In the living room there are two armchairs that make beds for children. The building has a pool in summer and a gym. Located across from Playa Varese and a few blocks from Playa Grande. On the ground floor there is a Lavirrap and a pantry with everything you need. Self check-in with a digital lock.
