Recently renovated, studio apartment (aprox 38 m2 incl balcony) overlooking the beach of La Carihuela. Close to the city center of Torremolinos (aprox. 5 min walk). Astonishing view to the Mediterranean Sea, to Carihuela village, and the mountains on the right hand side. Sit on the Balcony all day and night just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the buzzling beach life. The apartment measures approximately 70 square meters and is distributed as follows: one bedroom with a queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a living room-kitchen, a lobby, and a bathroom with a large shower. Plus a double closet. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The terrace is for exclusive use.
