Amazing Stay! Highly Recommended! had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay combined with business trip to Quito. What really stood out, though, was the host's exceptional flexibility and responsiveness. They were incredibly accommodating with my check-in and check-out times, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at! Spotless, new furniture, great washer and dryer (and detergent!), and beautiful pool/sauna/hot tub. Good and friendly security and strong WiFi. Easy to get an Uber outside. Modern mall next door with pharmacy, huge grocery store, and good shops. Anthony was great to deal with. We highly recommend this place!

Thank you Norma for your prompt solution to certain issues. The area is very quiet, close to everything. I spent a month with my two dogs and the yard is super big for when they need it. The apartment has everything you need.

Fantastic apartment — modern, spotless, and well maintained. Fernando was highly responsive to all my questions. The building felt very secure and is within walking distance to excellent restaurants and coffee shops.

I recommend this place. Very clean, very good location, so many cafes/restaurants. I didnt see Svieta but she was always very kind and responsive to my messages. I really appreciate her flexibility regarding the check in en check out. On top of it, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, including basic kitchen things such as oil, coffee, sugar, salt etc. One thing to be mindful of is that you can apparently only use the swimmingpool and sauna in the weekend (i didnt know this so unfortunately i couldnt use the facilities). If i come back to Quito i would stay here again. Enjoy ;)
