Outside, there is a lovely furnished terrace and a PRIVATE POOL (available from May 18 to September 27, 2026) where you can relax. You will appreciate in this former 17TH century farmhouse, in the middle of the forest, the hidden of this cottage, its history as well as the tranquility of the surrounding countryside.

Welcome to Montpellier! Live in the heart of the historic center, in a house and enjoy a perfect location to discover the city. The apartment is on 3 floors with the living room and kitchen on the 1st, the bedroom on the 2nd with the bathroom and a terrace on the 3rd with an unobstructed view of the rooftops and Saint Pierre Cathedral. Close to Place de la Comédie and the Corum, it is on a quiet street, typical of Montpellier. You'll find all the shops you'll need right around.

Two-room, 32-m² apartment with windows on two sides. Old house… renovated in 2024 100 m from the police station, 200 m from the cinema. 2 min from the train station. The alleys around can offer you a place. Paid parking during the day, free at night, is on the same street. Shower 70/70 cm… Bathroom adjacent to that of the neighbors... which can cause discomfort. The walls are thin, so if it’s noisy, don’t hesitate to go and knock. The apartment is on a quiet, one-way street.

The apartment is located in a quiet small pedestrian street near Place Foch. The accommodation is on the first floor. It includes a kitchen and lounge area with sofa, a bathroom (shower and WC) a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance is independent. Shared places: we live next door but make available during the stay the small courtyard with garden table and chairs,on the ground floor as well as a laundry room with washing machine , for bicycles or other.
