This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This house has, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 separate toilet, a separate bathroom, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there is a first bedroom with a bathroom and a toilet, and a bedroom with 3 children's beds overlooking a master bedroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a garage. In the heart of a 5-hectare, bicentennial estate with a swimming pool, occupied by horses, donkeys, sheep, and dogs, a small Normandy house will welcome you in an authentic cabin style. It consists of a main room with a sitting area, dining area, a 140 X 190 bed, and a shower room/toilet located in the kitchenette. Deauville is 30 km away, and Pout Audemer is 15 minutes away. Breakfast with farm products is served in the room.

Maison Martigny – Normandy countryside

We were already in love with this area, with our fisherman's house in Trouville-sur-Mer. But we wanted more space for our children, and more greenery. We fell in love with this Norman house that was "in its element". We did a lot of layout and decoration work, to make this place a charming and pleasant little cocoon: to feel good there. It's a perfect place to spend time for families or groups of friends.
