Wooden house from 2022, 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed + 1 bedroom with 2 80 x 200 beds + convertible and comfortable sofa 140 x 190, located in a secure and quiet residential park. The pergola allows you to eat outside, away from the sun. The park has an indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a swimming lake, games for children and a city stadium. A large lake is 150 m from the park.

Everything can be done on foot or by bike: walks, shopping, beaches, bars, and restaurants... Ideal location: between Les Sables-d'Olonne and St. Gilles X-Vie

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne.
