Marion and Damien are very pleasant and friendly hosts. Damien welcomed us, a warm welcome. The accommodation is great, identical to the photos, you can find the history of the work that has been done, well done again, it's beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean. The setting is calm and soothing, the Seine and the countryside nearby is super nice and very beautiful. Damien responds very quickly and is attentive to the smallest detail. We had such an amazing stay here, Valerie is such a wonderful host, who was very thoughtful and attentive to detail, Even leaving us a bottle of alcohol as a gift and being very helpful in making sure we had anything we may need for our stay. The Cottage was gorgeous and the garden was perfect for our dog. Our dog did not want to leave. We loved the heated pool too!. It was the perfect stay. We hope to come back, Thankyou Valerie

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

Excellent and very clean accommodation with beautiful garden and swimming pool! Cushions for the hard indoor and garden chairs would have made the stay just a little more comfortable! Excellent destination for those who love peace and quiet!

What a gorgeous place! Eva’s home and gardens are lovely and peaceful, exactly as described. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for our family of 4, and beautifully furnished, with thoughtful attention to detail in every regard. The village is an easy drive to Giverny, too. We feel so lucky to have stayed here!

Incredible suite, on our arrival we were greeted by Richard, very kind, good explanations on the use of the devices, very available, communication via Airbnb was also excellent with Pierre; responsive and precise in his answers. It's a little cocoon that exudes calm and harmony, we had a wonderful stay, very comfortable bedding, the ceiling height is also very pleasant, it's simple we loved everything! A superb family stay, quiet in a beautiful environment. The large enclosed garden is a big advantage for families, the children loved having space to play ball and ping-pong. The house is impeccable, very well decorated and perfectly equipped. The large kitchen with its large central island is very nice. We recommend it!

Highly recommend! A few days treat, especially to visit Monet’s Garden-magical!! Isabelle was kind and helpful yet very discreet unless we needed something. The sole use of pool and garden is a great bonus and private…Isabelle even closed the two window shutters on the house that faced poolside. There was a lap tray on the bed with a ‘welcome gift’ - lovely touch, Thankyou again Isabelle!

The pleasure of this location began from the moment of communication with Pierre! He was very kind and immediately suggested several interesting locations and restaurants near the house, which helped us plan our trip perfectly. The house and the territory are incredibly beautiful and cozy, a large oak tree grows above the house, which creates shade and even in extreme heat it is cool in the house. We will remember the pier on the river for the rest of our lives, we do not want to leave it! Sunbathing during the day and a real fire with a glass of wine in the evening - what else do you need for happiness?)) We will definitely come back here this summer, as there are still unexplored locations and restaurants nearby! My wife and I recommend this location for a couple's vacation as well as for a group of best friends!

This place is beautiful, private, and pristine. It is located perfectly for visiting Giverny and Monet's gardens. Afaf greeted us at check in and was delightful, helpful, and generous, providing us with some treats stocked in the kitchen. Staying here was a highlight of our entire trip and we hope to return one day. If it is available for you dates, consider yourself lucky, and book it!

We had a wonderful stay at Annie’s lovely cottage, the garden is beautiful with river view. Everything was perfect, Annie is very kind and we loved so much the homemade breakfast. Thank you for hosting us again, definitely recommend to everyone who needs to recharge from busy life, surrounded by beautiful nature. We wished to stay longer.

We had a very good stay at Émilie's, who gave us all the necessary information in advance for our arrival, which was managed flexibly. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained, we just missed the sun to enjoy the terrace. We had a great weekend. The accommodation is pleasant, bright and very quiet (special mention to the birdsong🐦‍⬛). In addition to the very nice decor, it is necessary to emphasize the extreme cleanliness of the place (and God knows that my wife is demanding😅). The bathroom is modern, the hot water tank has a small autonomy but you have to think about the planet 🌍 One small tip to further optimize this incredible accommodation, a blind on the front door would offer more privacy and reduce light in the morning☀️. Laura and Thibault were very pleasant and responsive, we will be happy to come back🤩

We had a great time. Our hosts were very welcoming and very attentive. The environment is conducive to bike rides, many sites to visit. We highly recommend the little house.

The apartment and yard are very pleasant, and comfortable to use. Located in a quiet and nice village. We enjoyed staying there (we worked half a day from the apartment) Just note that the bedding and basic equipment are not included in the price
