Hébergement indépendant doté de murs en pierre et d'une cour privée. Ce lieu calme et mythique en plein cœur de la vieille ville se situe en bord de Loire et à proximité des vignobles tels que : Sancerre et Pouilly-sur-Loire . A environ 2 h de Paris et à 10 min de marche de la gare SNCF vous serez également proche des restaurants, bars et supermarchés.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)
