Staying at Roberto's place we got more than expected! The house was beautiful, open, with a well-stocked kitchen and lovely patio and grill. I would definitely recommend it for future Travelers and I'm already thinking about when I can stay there again!

It's our second time staying at Martha's house and we'll definitely be back, it's a very comfortable and homey house. It is located in a good place, it is close to the main beach, the esplanade and many restaurants. Martha's service is very good, always attentive to details. We loved this second visit 😊

Pam was a super host; extremely communicative and caring, quick to respond. The house was beautiful, clean and as described. Outside had so many amenities and fun to hang out there. Close to the most beautiful sandy beach, uncrowded and excellent shelling. Easy walk to public access, maybe half a block. Roads in Las Conchas are packed clay and regularly maintained to minimize potholes and washboarding. Speed limit of 35 mph allows for quick trips into the town itself. Only negative would be the coded pad for entry through the front door. Pam was quick to respond with helpful instructions so no big deal. Thank you for allowing us to check in early. The amenities could be clearer on the AC. It is there if needed but we never needed it. Keeping the place opened up allowed the ocean breezes to come in. Nighttime was very cool and the breezes really cooled the place. Very quiet location. Wonderful slumber

The house was perfect. The house was located in a peaceful neighborhood. The inside was clean and everything was working perfectly. Would definitely come in here again.

Nice and modern home in Las Conchas. Close to the beach. I was unable to make the garage work, but no issue as there is plenty of parking. Claudia was a good host and responsive

Wonderful Airbnb for weekend trip to Puerto Peñasco. The home was beyond our expectations as it had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The home is located in a good area close to stores and it was very clean free of unpleasant odors. The hosts are very responsive. Highly recommend 10/10 stay.

Russel’s place is great for peace and solitude! It’s about 15 minutes from town. The home was clean and just what we needed! If you’re looking for a getaway without having all the vendors coming up to you on the beach this is the place to be! The pools and restaurant on the property were a great option for when the tide was out. Lots of great shell hunting grounds. Overall we had a great time!

We loved this house. We felt comfortable and right at home from the minute we arrived. It was a lovely place to get away for a long weekend. The hosts were incredibly responsive and we would 100% stay at this property again.

This was our second time staying and both times were great. This is our favorite unit of all of the similar ones we've stayed at in Rocky Point (there are lots of the exact same floorpan). It's clean, updated and has all the amenities you would need. We will definitely stay here again! 5 Stars

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had! The home is clean and comfortable. There are air conditioning units in the living room and each bedroom and they cool things down very quickly! The kitchen has ample fridge space and all the basics you need for meals at home. Bathrooms are in good repair and clean and the hot water lasted through all three showers. It was only an 11 minute drive from the home to El Malecon, beaches and every conceivable dining experience available. The only odd thing is the placement of the electrical outlets in the bathroom - they’re on the opposite wall from the vanity. It didn’t matter to us and I only mention it for anyone who needs to plug in something like a razor, flosser, etc. This rental home is an absolute steal for the price asked! We will definitely be coming back!

It was a great place!! Local but still close to everything…I believe it was less then 10min to El Malecón. And shops all around everything was walkable distance!!
