My newly renovated accommodation is the perfect place for couples who want to spend a pleasant holiday by the sea, without giving up comfort. Close to the most beautiful beaches in the area and just a few minutes from the square where you can take the ferry service to the island of Tavolara. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, restaurants, a bank, laundry and various shops.

The villa is located in a quiet street in San Teodoro a few minutes from the beach (8 minutes on foot) and the center with access to all services. The house is on one level and has large outdoor areas equipped.The house is developed on one level with large open spaces.
