Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Le Nid du Chardonneret est idéalement situé à proximité des Etangs de Baye et Vaux (500m à pied) et du canal du Nivernais. à proximité immédiate de multiples activités de plein air. Vue sur l’étang. Aux portes du Morvan et de nombreux sites touristiques (chantier médiéval de Guédelon, Vézelay, vignobles de Tannay et Pouilly, site archéologique de Compierre...) ce logement fera un bon pied à terre pour découvrir la région. Parfait pour les amateurs de nature ! Pêcheurs/randonneurs… Très calme.

Nous mettons à disposition notre maison avec tous les équipements et les éléments qui la compose intérieure et extérieur (BBQ, bain de soleil, table ping-pong, boules de pétanque, etc,.) Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

There is plenty to do in the nearby area. Walks in nature (Grande Randonee) or old towns. Lakes and rivers. Wine routes and good food. Rent bicycles or canoes. Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.
