Holiday rentals with breakfast in La Colle-sur-Loup

Our stay in Antibes was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to Bertrand and his accommodation. Everything was there: • Easy and fast communication with Bertrand. • The house matched the description and photos perfectly. • Great location to explore the French Riviera without traffic jams. • Quiet and secure neighborhood • Air conditioning was a real plus for our comfort. • Beautiful garden, very nice to relax. • Perfect pool, never overcrowded, which allowed us to fully enjoy it. • Very comfortable bedding, ensuring good nights of sleep. I recommend Bertrand's rental without hesitating. It's a safe bet to take full advantage of this beautiful area.

A perfect setting in the hills, the apartment is at the top, functional and very nice. The sauna and spa tub a delight to relax!! A hearty, and local breakfast, don't hesitate to come try!!

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in complete privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

We truly loved every minute of our stay. Mougins is one of the special places on Earth. The apartment is perfectly situated at the edge of the carless old town allowing you to drop luggage steps from the front door. Parking was easy and nearby and free. Only once did we have to park at the main lot (a small distance away). There is a lovely courtyard where we ate breakfast (that we bought) every morning preferring this to the cafes. And the kitchen is fully stocked. Even eggs and butter and yogurt. The beds are super comfortable. And there are two large bathrooms. Laetitia and Orly are amazing helping with reservations and even handling an emergency mailing for us. They are the Best Airbnb Hosts. Hot tips: Our fave restaurant remains the Michelin starred L'Amandier. Don't miss it. Also, if you want your own breakfast food or groceries, be sure to buy in Lower Mougins because the old village has no groceries. One night we bought rotisserie chicken at Poulet Mouginoisse.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

We had a great time at Alain's place! The house is beautiful, quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, and in the middle of nature where we had the chance to see deer. We met Alain and his wife who are very welcoming, caring, and full of good advice. Thank you for this trip!

Gisèle is very welcoming and available, she advised us on sightseeing and restaurants …😊 We only spent one night but the experience was good! The linen smelled good… and the beds are comfortable! Several pleasant terraces! Note that a studio for rent is also attached to the accommodation but does not cause any inconvenience…

I had a wonderful stay at Coralie’s apartment! The place was lovely and impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. I especially enjoyed being able to sleep with the window open, letting in the fresh air. I had to work in the evenings during my stay, and I was pleased to find that the internet was excellent—reliable and fast, which made my work much easier. While the apartment is a bit on the outskirts of Nice, it was actually quite convenient, especially with bike rentals right outside. It made exploring the area a breeze! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nice. Thank you, Coralie!

The accommodation matches the description, and has the advantage of having private underground parking (even if tight maneuvers with a large car). The neighborhood is nice and quiet, a little away from the beach. The wifi works well and allowed me to do teleworking.

I had a pleasant stay at Gael’s studio apartment. The apartment was clean, with all necessary amenities ( air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine etc) and charming balcony with mountains view ! Place is close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy and short walk to the tram stop which takes you to the centre in 15 min. Gaël was very nice and responsive, I wanted stay few more days and he was flexible with the booking.

We had a lovely stay. Great location near all attractions easy to find. Had everything we needed in the apartment lots of room. Beds comfortable and place clean.

Valentin and Léa were extremely helpful from the time of booking and all the questions I asked were always answered quickly and with all the necessary clarifications. On the day of arrival, the intercom at the building's entrance was malfunctioning, and they made sure to bring a magnetic control for the building's entrance door to leave with me, so I wouldn't have any inconvenience. I traveled to participate in the Marché du Film that takes place at the Cannes Film Festival. So it was strategic to stay close to the Palácio dos Festivais. The apartment is in La Cannet, a town next to Cannes, but everything is very close. The studio / apartment is less than 3 km from the Palácio dos Festivais. Léa suggested a bus to take both to and from the Marché du Film (Line 1), which was super practical and the participants of the Cannes Film Festival who have the official credential do not pay the internal bus ticket, it is a courtesy. The bus ride from home to the Festival was less than 10 minutes.

Brigitte was always nice and available, adjusting to out schedule with a smile and helpful word. Besides the facilities described, Brigitte let us some bread and beverages for the breakfast. The apartment is very well located, closer to the center and well served by tram. Recommend!

I had an exceptional stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority — the space was spotless and felt incredibly fresh. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately, and he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I stayed with my family at Sensivilla guesthouse , great experience, spectacular panoramic view; we rested very well in the silence of nature , the rooms are very comfortable and well furnished . The kitchenette is also very useful for snacks or for consuming takeaway food. We ordered a pizza with a delivery with free delivery. Alessandra was very kind and helpful and welcomed us with a nice welcome aperitif. We will definitely be back highly recommended

Bibi was very courteous and friendly. We felt very comfortable. The location there is great and another plus is definitely the pool. Breakfast was always lovingly and beautifully prepared. Thanks for your hospitality!

Everything was perfect, the setting is beautiful and very refreshing, the hosts are attentive, very friendly and make themselves available as much as possible. The accommodation itself is very pleasant, well-equipped and in a good location. There is parking just next door but if we are on foot (like us), we are close enough to transportation but far enough away to be away and quiet for the duration of the stay. We also have great walks to do in the surroundings... In short, as we said when we left, if we could have put more than 5/5 we would have done it!! We hope to come back occasionally and maybe enjoy the river a little closer. Not brave enough to swim in winter!!
