Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

Just spectacular, truly a treat. The stone village’s careful preservation is an architectural experience to savor. Simon’s place is tucked along a lushly planted, twisty lane. Every window has a breathtaking view across tiled rooftops, mountains and in some, the sea. We loved the outdoor shower on the rooftop terrace, taking in the view, sipping local wine… how can you beat that? Simon is a consummate host; there were local gourmet snacks and a fridge stocked with French wines, champagnes, soft drinks… The space is newly renovated and pristine. From artwork to tile floors, everything is tasteful and high quality. Couldn’t recommend more!

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our accommodations! This delightful apartment was the perfect size for us, well decorated and peaceful. It is convenient to just about anywhere you want to explore, but there is plenty to do even if you just stay in the beautiful local area. We loved the beach, the gorgeous rooftop pool, the array of restaurants, the natural attractions and the market across the street. Many thanks to Florian, a thoughtful, friendly and welcoming host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We are thrilled to have found this gem and are already looking forward to booking it again!

Kevin is a super friendly host, easy going. The communication was smooth and easy. We liked the apartment a lot, it’s spacious, has a big kitchen and nice dining area. Two showers is a plus! There are many restaurants and a bakery just downstairs, so it’s very convenient for eating out. You do need to climb 2 floors to get to the apartment though (no elevator).

Although getting in/out is a bit tricky, the place was gorgeous with beautiful views of the city

Easily one of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed at. The place was spotless, beautiful and so thoughtfully designed. It looked even better than the pictures. Fanny was a wonderful host, allowing us to check in early and also answering all our questions. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed and even a full week seemed too short to stay here. The village of Valbonne is the most beautiful little place to spend time - amazing restaurants, bars, shops, the Friday market - so much to do here, and super well connected with cities like Nice through public transport if you don’t have a car. Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Do not hesitate to book!!

Very good apartment. Modern and very cozy furnishings. We felt right at home. Very clean and new. Everything you need (incl. Air conditioning, washing machine - even a welcome greeting with wine and coffee was available.) Very quiet neighborhood, great pool. The center of Vence with its restaurants and shops is within walking distance. Excursions to the cities of the Côte d'Azur by car are very possible. Communication with William/Ruth is excellent. There were no problems - overall a clear recommendation! There was nothing to complain about at all. Thanks to the hosts - we would come back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay - the place is located in a beautiful village with easy access to all of the nearby coastal areas on the 650 or 655 bus. We had a lovely stay & it was perfect for everything we needed, we felt right at home & everything we could possibly need was in the apartment - including playing cards which we loved playing with, tupperware, local guides & clear instructions in relation to bins & checkout. We would definitely return in future.

Julia responds quickly to questions with clear answers. She was very helpful when we locked ourselves out and quickly arranged a spare set of keys. The apartment has recently been renovated and is comfortably furnished, with a decent sofa bed. Beautiful sea view. We only found the road busier than expected. The parking space on a closed area behind the building was a real plus for our car with bicycles.

We loved our stay at Miriam’s, from the warm welcome and help with parking. The accommodation was spacious, stylish and very clean. Beautiful views and friendly, generous hosts. Wonderful location, a few minutes walk from old town, Vence is gorgeous. Miriam and her husband were wonderful hosts, I’d definitely stay again.

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

If I could, I'd give it ten stars! Christophe is really great and nice. He welcomed us warmly to his beautiful apartment, both charming and pleasant. The apartment is beautiful, very well located in a perfect neighborhood, close to the SNCF train station that serves the entire Côte d'Azur. We had a great stay at his place in Cagnes-sur-Mer.

It was a absolutely wonderful stay and feels awesome to see the sea once wake up in the morning! High recommend this place

Christelle was a good host and easy to reach out to. The apartment was really nice. Just be aware that for almost every service, like late check-out and parking, you will be charged.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

The stay was great 🤩 The accommodation was clean, cozy and well equipped - we felt totally comfortable. The location was great - we were able to discover a lot on foot, and the train stop is only 4 minutes away. You can get to Monaco super fast and have the opportunity to reach a sandy beach in just 2 stops. The host was very kind and the check in went smoothly. Would come back anytime!🌞🌊 Best regards,

An incredible accommodation for a romantic stay! The decoration is beautiful, the apartment is very, very clean and the hosts took care to leave small touches in the accommodation! The location is very quiet, which makes the stay even more enjoyable! Only small downside, the curtains are not sufficient and we were awakened by the light but it is a detail. This experience is really worth it!

stylishly furnished accommodation, equipped with everything you need for a stay on the côte d'azur, very clean and well-equipped accommodation with a beautiful balcony and great views, the very nice and proactive handling on the part of the hosts with a great little travel guide (tips for excursions and restaurants, ...) is also positive, very easy and flexible check-in and check-out, generally a great apartment complex just 3 minutes walk from the beach and the promenade, safe parking of a car in a private parking lot on the premises is also very pleasant

Excellent stay, very good welcome, very available and responsive host, ideal location for visiting the Côte d'Azur. Some suggestions to improve the practical side: a tray, a carafe, placemats, a few extra dishes to avoid running the dishwasher too often.
