Welcome to this bright 50 m2 studio, ideally located at the foot of the Colmiane ski slopes. Our apartment, on the ground floor, offers a comfortable living area with mountain views, open to an equipped kitchen; a cozy and modular bedroom area; a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Close to restaurants, hiking trails, mountain biking, via Ferrata, zip lines, tree climbing, paragliding, swimming pools.

Bright studio close to Mercantour

In a village on the outskirts of the Mercantour, this studette is on the garden floor of a 19thcentury home with period murals. This vaulted and bright space measures 15 m2. It consists of a kitchenette, a living room with a 140X190 bed, a table and 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a ragpicker and a shower room with toilet. A bike shelter is for the use of the guests. There is an adjoining garden shared with the other tenants for relaxation and mountain views.

All amenities within walking distance (direct access to ski slopes and shopping mall), dishwasher and washing machine on site. The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Our apartment is located opposite the toboggan run and tree climbing. Close to everything and at the same time quiet. It is accessible by car, on foot and also very well served by bus from Nice or the valley. you can take advantage of this accessibility in winter for skiing and in summer for long walks in our beautiful mountains.

The apartment ,Ground garden of the chalet, is located in a residential area in absolute quiet with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.The Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live there and so am very available for guests.
