We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Situé en plein cœur des Hautes Bauges et idéal pour 4 adultes, qui souhaitent venir se ressourcer au calme (lits bébé disponibles). Grande terrasse accessible et des vélos électriques type "Fat Bike" en location à la 1/2 ou à la journée, sur demande. Avis aux amateurs et amatrices de randonnées, de trails, de parapentes et de ski. Restaurants, boulangeries et Carrefour Contact sont à proximités.

A haven of peace between lake and mountains Superb 170 m² villa located in a residential area in Doussard, near Lake Annecy, ideal for vacations with family or friends, combining nature and comfort. Bright and south-facing, it has a partially enclosed 1,000 m² plot with a heated swimming pool (May to September) facing the mountains and a spa (installation planned for mid-September 2026). For leisure activities, there is a games room with TV, table football, and arcade machine.

View Lake 2, apartment completely renovated in 2022, will offer you a magnificent view of Lake Annecy. Its south-facing balcony will allow you to fully enjoy it. Farm dome in Chartreuse

Nestled in the heart of nature in the Chartreuse region, come and discover our freestanding dome on our small farm, Quintessence de Chartreuse, dedicated to plants. You will be charmed by the view of the valley and the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm premises are located 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, and are not overlooked. If you would like to stay for several nights, please feel free to ask for information.

Welcome to the Star Yurt, nestled in the heart of a hamlet in the Chartreuse Mountains. Treat yourself to a unique experience with panoramic views of the Grande Sure. Walks are accessible from the yurt. A few meters away, a private bathroom with bathtub awaits you for a real moment of relaxation. Breakfast possible for an additional fee, upon request and according to our availability. Come and experience a break from nature and serenity in a mountain hamlet!

Pas de Wifi, peu de réseau pour une connexion totale avec la nature. Chalet tout confort avec l'électricité grâce aux panneaux solaires. De nombreuses randonnées sont possibles aux alentours. Accès uniquement à pied durant 45 minutes environ ou en 4x4 avec une boîte courte. ❗Ça grimpe.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). It is located on the second and top floor of a recent house that we took pleasure in designing, building, and furnishing with the aim of creating memorable moments in Aix-les-Bains.
