Loft holiday rentals in La Condesa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ximena’s place is beautifully designed and decorated and the floor plan is spacious. She left recommendations and thoughtful touches in the space as well. We found the street noise to be a lot, but was drowned out fairly well using the fan on while sleeping. During the day it did get warm inside without AC but between opening the doors in the evening and using the fan overnight we found it comfortable even on the hotter days. We felt safe having security in the lobby and the neighborhood was very walkable. The view is lovely and location was central for us to walk or uber around many places throughout the city. Would definitely stay again and Ximena is a friendly and helpful host from start to finish in your stay.

Maru was kind and very helpful. The place is wonderful as it’s private and a large courtyard buffers you from the street. Roy the dog was so sweet. We 😍 loved it!!! Would definitely stay there again.

Alex’s space was amazing! Had everything and anything we needed. Super kind and responsive to any questions we had that popped up. The check in was super easy and was greeted by Laura one of Alex’s helpers who gave us a tour and made sure we felt right at home during our stay. The location was AMAZING. Super cozy, private, and calm. The space was clean and spacious. I will say be ready to climb up a set of stairs everyday after being out and about lol but if you dont mind some stairs then you’ll be okay! I also would add the bathroom was a bit narrow so if you are on the thicker side be prepared to side step a bit. I also wish they had a full body mirror outside of the bathroom since it’s a bit narrow. Outside of my those minor suggestions the apartment is truly a gem and would stay again and again!!! :)

Guillermo was a great host, very communicative from the jump to make sure we were comfortable. When we needed some extra accommodation he went out of his way to make it work. The location was wonderful, just outside the main hustle and bustle with everything you could want a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and the balcony was perfect for enjoying a coffee or pre-dinner drink. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in CDMX!

Carlos really goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best time in CDMX! Not only is his place well decorated and in a very walkable location, but it's private and secure. Having Cafe Nin (Panderia Rosetta) downstairs was so nice each morning and we very rarely had to uber to get where we needed to go. The interior decor felt very soho house and was such a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Looking forward to staying again when we're back in CDMX!

I had a lovely stay at Rodrigo’s. It was a convenient location and a relaxing place to crash after exploring the city.

The location was perfect for us. Still local and gave a real feel of Mexico, lots of students and food. Gaby and Jaime were amazing and extremely helpful with any questions and very responsive! This place was beautiful I would love to come back.

Rodrigo’s place was perfect for my (and my girlfriend’s) first adventure in Mexico City. While the popular Bar Felix on the ground floor can get loud, the sounds of the crowd disappeared when the windows closed. The private roof deck was perfect for quiet coffees in the mornings or a drink to end the day. The two bathrooms were helpful for when we were in a rush to go out. Roma Norte is central to a lot of great options, and there was little to no trouble getting out of the neighborhood to travel to other parts of the city. All of this and Rodrigo was a great host! Would stay again!

El alojamiento fue muy cómodo y bien ubicado, ideal para explorar la zona. La limpieza impecable y el lugar tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La accesibilidad es excelente, con opciones de transporte cerca. Definitivamente lo recomendaría. ¡Una experiencia excelente!

Once apartment was dream! it was so beautifully decorated. It was very modern. The view was spectacular. The blackout curtains were the best. The wonderful warm thick blanket came in very handy at night. The AC worked wonders. The apartment was very tastefully decorated as if it was for the actual living quarters of the owner. They did not cut any corners. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.!👍💕

Great place, the only thing I wish was the place to have a regular TV and more lights. but place was nice, really good water flow, having a washer and dryer is an amazing add on, communication was quick and easy.

We had a great stay! The apartment is cozy, but the location really makes up for it — we were right in the heart of everything. It was super convenient to get around using the subway, metro, or Uber. We’d definitely stay here again! Just a heads-up: if you’re a light sleeper, you might notice some nighttime noise. It didn’t bother us since we were up late anyway, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Apartment was great and had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen. In a great location with numerous options for bars and restaurants. Nice to have a coffee shop just down the block and a grocery store nearby. Wish we could have utilized the rooftop pool more but mother nature had different plans. It was lovely when we did use it. Didn’t use the gym much but has basic equipment. Very responsive host. Would highly recommend!

La ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, ya que se puede llegar a pie desde la estación del metro. Estaba limpio y ordenado. Gaby estuvo siempre al pendiente y en todas las ocasiones fue muy amable. Me volvería a hospedar ahí de nueva cuenta.

The space had everything you could need, a water purifier, a television, a hair dryer, kitchen utensils, etc. It was a wonderful space. I would definitely return.

Excelente lugar! Voy a regresar, tiene cafe, sartenes en buen estado , la cocina está en perfectas condiciones Solo en temporada de calor , el cuarto está hirviendo! Un ventilador más grande sería excelente Pero yo soy de clima frío y para mi la CDMX siempre hace calor .

bastante lindo lugar, bastante acogedor, me llamo mucho la atención la iluminación que tiene ya que es calida pero con ese toque familiar, bastante buen lugar para pasar la noche
