Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Casa Vella Arrero, is a typical mountain house of the XVIII century, completely restored since 2018, where at all times the essence of the typical constructions of the Pyrenees has been wanted, with stone and wood. The house is all lit through a warm lighting system with LEDs, in line with the rest environment offered by its location.

The Era of Cal Peró is a two-storey house that sleeps two people. On the first floor are the bedroom and the bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. The living room has sound equipment and television. This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne.
