A great experience! I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 3 nights and I can definitely say it was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to San Bernardo. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb page: spacious, bright, immaculately clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect - short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. But what really makes this apartment special is Ivan's attention and hospitality. From the moment I booked, she was in touch with me, answering all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. Communication with Daniel was very good at all times. Contactless check-in and checkout, with a key exchange system, made check-in and checkout super practical. The house is just like the description and photos, we were 4 adults and 1 small child, and quietly 2 adults came in more comfortably. The location is very good, 1 block from the beach and 2 or 3 of the most central blocks. The linens were also new. Even though we were touched by cold days (4th or 5th at night), the bed cover and heating were more than enough. The DirecTV service worked perfectly and the cable internet service is approx. 10Mbps as well. I recommend the house and surely when I return to Costa del Este, I will go back to Daniel's.

Good value for money and an excellent location, one block from the center and two from the beach

Adriana is an excellent host, the place is excellently located literally 20 meters from the sea, 50 meters from the pedestrian and about the restaurant area, the truth is I will rent it again.

The house itself is very comfortable, with good ventilation and with everything you need to feel at home. The strawberry from the dessert, is that he accepts pets that was the best. The place perfectly met expectations. Very nice house and super equipped for enjoying as a family or with friends. Cristina is an excellent host, always willing to evacuate any questions and facilitate any information to make the stay unbeatable. Super recommended.

The house is very comfortable and modern, the facilities and equipment all top notch, as well as communication. The only thing that seemed a little awkward was the slope to park and walk up to the house, especially with lumps and suitcases. I think it should be clarified in the notice that it is not for people with any physical difficulties or older adults. Everything else was excellent.

We are thrilled with the trip. The house is lovely, very clean, cozy, has everything you need, even coffee pods, we were very pleasantly surprised. We had a very good stay! We had an issue that was that since the apartment was closed a long time ago it had a smell, but everything was quickly fixed! It's spacious, overlooking the sea! Very close to the beach. To walk. I recommend it!! And Joel is very friendly.

We absolutely loved staying in this house! The apartment is perfect, especially for families — spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The large dishwasher was a great time-saver, and the view is simply magnificent. You can enjoy the ocean from the living room, which makes every moment special. The outdoor grill was a nice bonus, and although we didn’t get a chance to use all the facilities, the whole area is beautifully maintained. It seems like a shortcut to the ocean will be available soon, which will make this place even more accessible from the beach. Overall, this is truly one of the best places to stay by the ocean. We hope to come back someday!
