The house is beautiful, extremely comfortable and the location is perfect, only 400mts from a beautiful and very little crowded beach. The decor is tasteful and well-equipped. The only detail is the wifi that Miguel mentioned, he is trying to resolve. Miguel, the host, was always very kind and attentive to any need we had. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is very good, just like the photos, super spacious, has everything. From the entrance of Northbeach to the villa is approx 3km. From the apartment to the beach is 10’ walking. It's away from it all, it's an ideal place to disconnect a little, super peaceful. It served us a lot to go with lots of provisions to avoid going out. Costa Emerald has good paradores to eat. Pinamar are approx 20’ of route, keep in mind that it is hand-contramian and not illuminated. From the date we went we could not enjoy much of the facilities but you can tell that it is a place with a lot of potential, clean, very spacious and the people who work there are loving. The host was helpful and available. We'll be back!

Claudia was very attentive from the start. I was super quick to respond to my inquiries, was flexible at check-in and check-out. The place is warm and quiet. 5 years ago we vacationed in Costa Smeralda and this was by far our best experience. The house is spotless, the size is perfect for our family and guests can come. Sole was very friendly and always available to us. I loved the location because you're re close to the mall, then you don't have to drive a lot if you missed something from the super. We'll definitely be back next year!

Amazing place! We really liked it! We went with my husband and my 8 and 5 children for holy week. The apartment has everything you need, it's super spacious. On one side you have the view of the beach and the other side forest. Super quiet. We were walking on the beach. We rest a lot. Inside the property there is a gym, basketball court, etc, heated pool and close to the beach there is a pool. For those of us looking to rest, they like the beach, but also the forest, disconnecting from the city and being in contact with nature in one place is ideal. For shopping or walking Pinamar and Carilo are super close!

The location is perfect - short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. But what really makes this apartment special is Ivan's attention and hospitality. From the moment I booked, she was in touch with me, answering all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. The house is divine, super comfortable and equipped. We went in April and we had nothing cold, hot water, quilts. Everything in the kitchen as in the rest of the house worked accordingly. We were 11 chicas and we were all super comfortable and the space allowed us to spend a few incredible days. Nano a love, super flexible, answered quickly and dedicatedly any questions. In the house there is everything, really nothing is missing. Without a doubt, if I return to Costa Esmeralda, I would return to Nano's house.
